If they added a RVF-171 and CF VF-25 to the list I'd feel OK with that statement. I would buy 3 of the CF VF-25's.

Would kinda make sense to pack the Galia 4 fold set and the super parts together, but I think Bandai are smarter than that.

Love the VF-1 party Magnus, I have yet to try out the cockpit pod adapter on the arm yet.

Thanks, I just saw the one for 3 figures, was not sure if it was compatible. They are pretty cheap which is awesome, now the question is clear or smoke black? and do the q-rares contain adapters or something to connect to the stands? Sorry guys, I'm a noob to this toy line.

I can wait it out, my Alto is already rocking the parts. I lucked out and found a set a month ago for $100, was the lowest price I had seen on those in a while. I still think the 30th version looks better over all. I am going to leave it in fighter mode with the parts on.

Hate to dig this thread up from the grave, but I was wondering if I made the right move. I have the VB-6 and I wanted some stuff to scale with it, I went searching around and found 1x of the Klan Red q-rare and 2x of the grey q-rare to form pixie squadron. Now my question is did I pay too much? I got all 3 for $60 USD after shipping to a Japanese address. What did these go for originally?

I think it's mainly the angle, but yeah I do agree that the VF-25's have a more slender appearance.

This is all the stuff that is not in cases lol. I am using a folding table in the living room to mess with a bunch of valks. I got a lot more, but choose not to post pics until I have everything how I want it.

HLJ has always had the best customer service, they are just slow to ship sometimes and possibly higher in price on some items. But at least when things like this happens they take good care of you.

Of course, I always use a brand new one. They wear out over time as I never keep long enough nails to play with the small panels and whatnot on my toys.

I actually used another technique to rotate the cockpit. when I am ready to rotate it, I open the cockpit and used the hook part of a floss pick to pull it up. I just seat the pick in where the pilots legs go and gently pull up and the whole section pops up. *edit* I should mention the hooked part I use is the part of the floss pick that actually has the dental floss, I just cut the floss from the tool and it leaves a hooked part that is smooth and does not damage toys. For some reason, I don't remember this being as hard to do on my Alto 171 or my VF-17's.

I really could not see them doing that, 25000 is already a pretty big amount over retail. I also noticed during the "Pre-order panic" that they were slowing down drastically when they hit that price. I think they realize that's about the limit at this point. Once the unit is sold out, I think they will up the price by a lot when they are hard to find. That is if they have stock left and the valk is popular.

I finally got around to transforming the 3rd cf-171. I have not noticed any missing parts. The one thing I did notice though, is that all 3 felt like the wings were loose. I applied some pressure to the removable wing pin and that tightened them up a bit. I also had a hard time getting the cockpit section to detach to rotate the cockpit up into the chest. One of my flexible head lasers is also pretty warped,but I guess that is why they provide the hard plastic ones. Overall they all look great together. I think it will be a while before I transform them back to fighter mode which I prefer.

I did this with a VF-25S armored and had no problems. I would just suggest being a bit careful though moving it around, as it will sway a bit while handling it.

If I owned one I could possibly help, but I skipped this release along with the rest of the v1's. Cmon guys I know someone here has to know about this and how to fix it.

Lol' I own an Alto and knew what I was getting in to. I could swear I had a better time getting the Alto to lock together in Battroid mode. I knew the day I had to transform another 3 of the 171 was coming. I love the sculpt on this variant. So I guess I am more concerned with the aesthetics than the transformation. I can transform the things fine,but I don't find it fun for some reason or another.

Right there with you brother! I spent over 1k last month alone , not to mention my lack of space lately. I was surprised the ostrich did not get reissued around the time of the Elint. I have a VT-1 already, but would not mind another. I almost bought the reissued VE-1, but had so many other toys in the pipe I let it slide. I still have the old v2 release and prefer it in fighter, actually I never even transformed it. I thought it was kinda stupid to buy the reissue for the option parts also because I just love the fighter mode. I would maybe take it to gerwalk at most one of these years maybe.
