  1. Yamato 1/60 VF-19 Kai and Sound Booster - used - 21,000 JPY (before proxy fees and shipping) http://page7.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/g134729204
  2. As long as it is fully painted, I'll buy it. Although it's still kind of a silly release....hoping it's just a filler while they put together the announcement for the 1/3000 TV SDF-1 for 2016.......but if I continue to support Arcadia, it must be a "completely new" offering and this qualifies in my book....not gold accented valks nobody needs...
  3. Nice work. I imagine it belonging to an ace pilot before being reassigned to a Glaug. But I'm wondering, would a Regult ever get to be that worn out? Unless the pilot is an ace...I'm guessing the Regult would be floating scrap metal in space sooner rather than later...not one in service for hundreds of years...enough to become a rust bucket. And if the pilot was that good...he/she would probably get a better mech. Wonder what the average service life is for a Regult in the Macross universe?
  4. Wow....arguably the undisputed champ among all other past Yamato/Arcadia shelf-warmers... I don't recall a Kakizaki ever getting that low of a discount....
  5. This almost looks like an alt universe version of Mad Max.....I have more faith in this film directed by Miller...than I would have for a Star Wars Episode 7 film directed by Lucas....
  6. Chicago as Star Wars mecca??? http://www.cnn.com/2014/06/24/showbiz/chicago-wins-lucas-museum/ So will the "museum" just have Episode 1 thru 6 stuff???.....from the article maybe there will be some Indy stuff too....should be fun....
  7. 28,040 after the Jungle 5% fee, which is basically a paypal fee, or do they no longer charge that? Either way sounds like the market value seems to keep going down for the M& M VF-1Js.....congrats!
  8. I'd take any one of them over the current gold-accented VF-19Kai....
  9. Yamato 1/60 V2 Super VF-1J Max Type - New - 26,500 JPY (before fees and shipping) http://page10.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/m126566815 Yamato 1/60 V2 Super VF-1J Milia Type - New - 28,500 JPY (before fees and shipping) http://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/180552096 Yamato 1/60 V2 VF-1D first release, non-option parts - New - 14,403 JPY (before fees and shipping) http://page2.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/b158749540 Yamato 1/60 VF-1J Mass Production type - New - 35,000 JPY (before fees and shipping) http://page9.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/k173612190
  10. Maybe that's why so many are not satisfied with how the fate of the crew of the Megaroad was handled.....seeing Isamu doing what he seems to have always loved to do...flying...was cool.........they should have left it how it ended in Flashback 2012....no need to say that the UNS "lost contact" with them.....it's funny how fans care for fictional characters.....but I guess the way the story now goes....is kind of like a friend or family member gone missing and you never find out their fate......it would bother you....
  11. Vintage Takatoku LCD game - Macross Space Fight - 25,500 JPY (before fees and shipping) http://page13.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/r115594430
  12. Is the mini sdf-1 still coming out? I'd be interested in the sd sdf-1 if it is a completed toy....or at minimum fully painted kit... But I'll wait and see what the toynami sd sdf-1 looks like...plus it may be a tv version?
  13. Looking forward to where they'll take the series in terms of the antagonist....so far we've had alien aggressors, space whale poachers, maniacal humans and their out of control AI, mankind, the anti-UN, Supervision Army, Protoculture-created bio-weapons, and maniacal cyborgs and their manipulated bio-weapon-equipped-time-space-fold-networking space insects (or something like that!)...... Watched Macross Zero recently...and the premise of the Bird Human reminded me of the movie Prometheus....wonder if there are other "Bird "humans" out there on other planets....like Zola...ready to wipe them out if they get too close to bringing war-like ways to the universe....then again, are the Zolans yet another creation of the Protoculture?...I thought I read somewhere that they were...but not 100% sure....
  14. Generally, anything that sells on Mandarake can be considered a deal. Their prices do not reflect free market prices...a similar item will sell for more on auction...where the amount of collectors vying for the same item are free to bid up to what they feel it is worth....free market price... Mandarake is essentially a collectibles pawn shop.....they pay as little as possible for their stock....and thus can price it less than market prices....good for buyers....bad for the sellers coming into their shops....
  15. Great! That means the backhanded compliment given to you is fully negated!!! Clear skies ahead!!!
