Did you deal with Bandai from Japan or USA? Can you provide the email address you corresponded with in your attempt to get the parts? Did you work with any particular Bandai representative or department? Also, did Bandai request any proof that you owned and/or purchased the HMR VF-1A? Pretty sure there are alot of folks here that would like to give the direct Bandai resolution a try.
  2. They are nice...I have not seen anymore released in a while. If one does get released I'll buy and post it up.
  3. Good to know there is some input from them. Doubt those Fanky capital ship books get that kind of love. But still cool pics from both.
  4. here is another from the same seller....sold for 30,000 JPY https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/b316466141 Guessing we may be seeing these on eBay pretty soon.....
  5. Hmmmm? https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/b316466133 .....sold for 24,001 JPY.......the bidder at 24,000 should be happy... https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/b316466137 ....sold for 22,500
  6. Nice job!
  7. March 12...53,500 JPY https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/e266108414
  8. I still would like one.....current order of preference...maybe there will be a way to safely eliminate the goofy pistons... 1) -1J 2) -1S 3) -1A 4) -1D (looks the worst to me and would likey not buy any if this was the only one left to PO) Every interesting piece of Robotech stuff Kid Logic wants to sell should really be "half-sized"...at least
  9. Aren't these books still just slightly in more possission of canon street cred than most fan doujin specs? I guess the glossier the packaging the more canon it is.
  10. Someone needs to Photoshop them out and send the pic to kids logic....
  11. Could be....but after all these years....VF-1 still sells Yeah....but I was referring to the possibility of more dedicated books.... Meh....would still enjoy the pics....but more importantly....I now need a Masterfiles MII book as that spectacle would be sight to behold!!
  12. Now that they have found the need to dedicate entire books to specific VF configurations...it could be anything...... But in terms of purely VF types....we have not received any dedicated to the following.... VF-11 VF-17/117 SV-52...perhaps bundle it with the SV-262 SV-262 VF-5000....if they did this one maybe they could squeeze in the VA-3 Doubt we'll see any of the Varauta VFs, probably the only way we would get any VF-14 love...the gaming VFs....and other stuff that has never or barely made it on screen....like the VF-9.... So not much left to cover....probably why they went with a Battroid volume....the other stuff left are the enemy mecha and capital ships from all sides... Maybe they'll surprise us all and do a Macross II edition!
  13. Ok....then I'd prefer a Zentradi book..
  14. The next book may focus on the new show's VF....assuming there is one....if Bandai is sponsoring it....there will probably be at least one new VF...
  15. Head decal doesn't look black either......
  16. In for 2....
  17. http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/topic/29133-macross-books/?do=findComment&comment=1402762 Looking forward to it....already had PO'd at HLJ
  18. Next we'll we need the figures...
  19. Well enough for Disney to keep rolling them out? Just like their Star Wars movies....
  20. the first two pics of the -1J/-1S seem reasonably sized to sit on a desk....
  21. plus we are forgetting the biggest problem.....it is being directed by Tim Burton.....he will surely insert some weirdness into this.......probably creepy circus clowns and disturbing sideshow freaks! What I really want from him and Disney is NBX2!
  22. Very nice....would consider the -1J
  23. Wake me when Disney gives the CGI treatment to Song of the South
