I thought the hand drawn animation looked good. I'm not worried about a standout character after one episode, we have a lot more to get to know everyone. The Walkure tech was confusing and odd. I didn't expect singing girls actually out on the battlefield. I figured it would be more like projections or drones and they would be back at a base/studio. And the quickly moving drones were odd. Valk on valk fighting looked great and Iike the designs so far. I've never been a fan of Japanese pop music, I feel they latched onto the "Happy Hardcore" electronic sound back in the mid nineties and have held onto and taken it too far. Despite that I've been able to appreciate a catchy melody here and there but this stuff was both uninteresting from a musical and production standpoint. -
Somehow I'm okay with this.

Well, as far as I can tell it's only NY who is making us pay for the Bandai Exclusives up front. I'm still willing to buy them, just not from NY.

Just an FYI, while it is a darker shade of white than the SDFM brightness it's not nearly as dark as the DYRL colors were. It's somewhere in between those two. It's not a matter of missing it, it's that there has been some heavy snow here the past few days and my brother was worried about my car being able to make it so we took his and even though the Fed Ex location is down the road from where my Mom is he wouldn't let me borrow the keys (and I didn't want to walk down the road with a giant box of plastic things in twenty degree weather.) I got my Dad to show up in his Jeep and take me later today.

The first three I agree with, the last two I do not. Tampo a few more things, leave the grey stripes off, they look terrible and break up the look of the fighter.

Here's Black Series on the left ans Figuarts on the right. Note while the heights are slmost identical the Figuarts is still sized a bit smaller, the white is more crisp and it doesn't look like he's holding his rifle away from his chest because the elvows can bend more than forty five dgrees.

Man, killer. My 0S's are sitting in the sort facility here in town right now but Fed Ex isn't open again until Tuesday. Dang. So close, that could have been a really awesome Christmas tomorrow.

Speaking on the prequel fights, totally there for the audience entertainment. As someone who has been in several high level hand-to-hand fights, as well as several with weapons (once bladed...) I can say that most of it is positioning. You don't make unnecessary moves or take unnecessary chances while getting into the other persons head and anticipating moves. Having magical, space-wizardry precognition would only make the fights less interesting to witness.
