Even Kevin Smith? He likes EVERYTHING. Kevin Smith's opinion on a film means nothing, he likes it all no matter what.

Is everyone forgetting? Depending on how the MegaHouse SDF-1 sold there's a slight possibility of a Battle Class happening in that line. Though I'm thinking we're still looking at 98% no. In anything larger scale I'd say zero percent.

Star Trek Beyond (the not The Search for Spock)

You do realize that Star Trek takes place in the future and it's perfectly possible for The Beastie Boys recordings to still exist, right? In TNG Ryker used to regularly listen to classic Jazz pieces by real world musicians.- 466 replies

This better highlights the success in my opinion. Good to hear, it's hugely popular. More Valks for us. -

We already knew the movie would feature Yavin. When they're hauling in Jyn at the beginning of the first trailer it all takes place in the hangar and briefing room from the OT. -

Hmm, Campea doesn't get what the og fans were complaining about. We don't want pute thinking. Some of the most successful ST movies have action. We just want there to be some thought inbetween the action. Sounds like Pegg pulled it off, I hope.- 466 replies

Based on the scenes shown I wouldn't say it feels anything like the Original Trilogy. Not how ot's been marketed now. It feels like a war film in the Star Wars universe, but it looks interesting. I hope it will be. I love the tropical look in some of these scenes. That's all new terrain for Star Wars. -

I think the problem is that the Antagonists haven't been established as being enough of a threat and there's a "Super Robot" compensation being delivered on all of the NUNS forces to try to sloppily show how tough they are. But it just comes off as goofy and one-sided. I'd been enjoying the show so far but the same six fighters wiping out entire squadrons is getting a bit old now. -

Other than the Sandman figure (and that's just almost entirely the Absorbing Man BAF) none of the rest of these are interesting. It's a pretty lazy set too, they're all reused molds.- 266 replies

Except for AnthonysCustoms, but he hardly likes anything. I'm kinda pissed off BBTS put their pre-orders up so much later and they sold out immediately but everybody is receiving theirs from BBTS first while other shops have to wait until August.

And here I was hoping the pics I took would have ilicited some new info about the YF-30. -
I don't understand why that backplate is so gappy, the YF-30 didn't look like that at all.

Those hinges on the side of the fuselage will not improve. They're exactly the same as on the YF-30.

Okay, best guess are those grey colored v-shaped bits just outside the missile box gap. My only reason why I'd say that is since the 30 is technically atmosphere only (at least in the game) they might actually be using external air to power the forward thrust as well and there are two small slits above the larger intakes just beneath the blue strips on the front of the craft. A And if you look at the top of the calf on that first picture you can see where the black bit slots over those grey parts, which would feed right back into the main leg engines in fighter mode.
