    QFT. The VF-1's are very tough and well made apart from the few bad shoulder releases years ago. Watch a video or two first if you are nervous. That's what I do! Firm but gentle is what ur motto should be when transforming these things. Don't force things and don't be in a hurry!

    totally not sitting through this in the theater. Will wait for VUDU or Redbox, whichever comes first. Although I must say, as a huge fan of the LOTR trilogy (extended editions to boot) it does seem like he is adding a lot of superfluous crap to the Hobbit movies. just for the sake of making them run longer.

    Thanks! Again the only real problem I had and continue to have is the horrible delicate nature of acrylic paints when airbrushed. It scratches or chips if you breath on it wrong. And my final clear coat layer sprayed on a little splotchy. Oh well. Still I'm happy with her overall, for a very old kit, it's pretty cool.

    Lynn Minmay ladies and gentleman! Lynn Minmay! This little character kits are deceptively easy...the painting was tricky and I didn't want to rush. Misa/Lisa is being more of a pain in the butt....LOL...typical....hopefully I can finish her up next week. Need to make a base for each as well. Enjoy!

    Watched it on VUDU the other night....visuals were absolutely amazing, bad guy was cool, other than that plot was mehhh. Wouldn't watch it again.

    Can do! I got the 19F and the 17D at a good-ish price last year after they had been out a while. Honestly I like the 19F better...it's just better engineered. Nothing wrong with the 17...just not as well executed IMHO. P.s. ... Be advised..if you go with a 17...there will be blood...yours...when you transform it..LOL

    The Viggen was always one of my favorite aircraft as a kid. It was just so different and cool. Might have to build one someday.

    Fellow Texan here...I know this may sound crazy...but try out some Dragonforce! Yes, it's kinda speedmetal crazy sounding stuff, but try their two albums that are the most popular. Inhuman Rampage and Ultra Beatdown. The harmony's and lyrics come together in what really makes me think of a kind of heavy metal "Firebomber" sound! For example..one lyric is "So, fly for the last time, the fire burns within...." Your friends will look at you like you need serious mental health help when you turn it on in the car..but trust me...it's some great driving music that reminds me of Fire Bomber!
