  1. How long did it take to get to you? When did it ship? Thanks I'm in FL
  2. What's the cheapest I can attain GBP and VF-1J for?
  3. I favor the YF-21 as well. The royal blue with yellow go so well together to give it a darker feel.
  4. I want to see that suit on another valk looks great
  5. never thought I'd order another valk, thought I was growing out of it, but jumped the gun and ordered a vf-11b
  6. Thanks for your response. I wonder if after the first production yamato loosened it as a result of some people complaining the swingbar was too tight? I plan on buying a vf-1a tv max and I hope the swingbar is as tight as the focker version.
  7. Anybody? I know you guys own multiple valks. haha Just let me know if you experience the same thing. Thanks
  8. Sorry I couldn't find an appropriate topic to post under for this specific question. I have noticed between my Focker 1s and Hikaru 1s that the Focker 1s is sturdier than the Hikaru 1s. For example, when in battroid mode Focker's swingbar sits in place without any movement, whereas the Hikaru version has a little give and pushes the nose door back and forth as I try to position it standing. It's really awkward. My Focker is well balanced and the Hikaru is not as a result of the bar moving. Also on my Hikaru the knees are also looser. Enough space to move the shin left and right whereas on my Focker there is barely any movement. Does every valk come out differently or is it just me? Thanks for your input

  10. I have the say the Roy Focker vf-1s V2 with broken hinge on one shoulder. Bought it like this knowingly (after buying Hikaru vf-1s V2)and it gave me the courage to play with it to my fullest potential since it was my dummy version.
  11. man I really wish to get my hands on the vf-11b. It looks so nice. Bet it would look nice next to my vf-1's and yf-21 Sigh
  12. wow that is really sick. Best that I've seen. Lemme know if a gallery is ever up
  13. Wow looks really well done I love the YF-21 cockpit better. Can you post a pic of it in battroid mode?! lol
  14. Yeah the Hikaru 1s had the original pins, same as Roy. They assemblers were more careful so it's less likely you will open the box up and find the shoulders already cracked. It's a great toy regardless. My Hikaru 1s still has not formed a crack yet and I've had it for 6 months now.
  15. then just do it. My Roy has a big crack and I transform it like crazy. Just hold onto the hinge when rotating it. Still works fine. I have replacement but I'm waiting for it to completely break off. So far so good and I like it.
  16. I'm definitely picking one of these up! It looks like a great durable toy I can just pick up and play with without worry Yamato is more display so I want one of these for the office to play around with. lol
  17. lol that's funny. glad I didn't impulse buy one of these. Yamato ftw (for the most part)
  18. For the side skirts on the yf-21 do you pull it out of the tab (inside of side skirt) when in battroid mode so the side skirts are more separated from the legs with more room for play or do you simply not bother with it? I see a little stress mark under one of the metal tabs inside the side skirt but it still holds up pretty well. Don't know if it was always there.
  19. When you are transforming the v2 1/60 vf-1 from fighter to battroid, does it feel like it takes some force to flip the tail vent over? I get paranoid it is going to break because of the amount of force it takes. Just doesn't feel like a smooth transition. Is there a trick to it? Thanks. So far it has been fine but I just want to make sure I am transforming it correctly. Thanks
  20. I voted against it because the VF-19 is similar to the YF-19. I'd rather have Yamato engineer a toy that has not been made yet.
  21. My focker had a broken hinge and I maneuver it all the time carefully and it seems to hold up. I have extra hinges I received from overdrive but I don't think I'll install it until the other hinges break off completely.
  22. Can someone tell me if the Virgin Road VF-1D blue is a darker shade of blue than the VF-1J Max Ver? Thanks
  23. The v2 1/60 vf-1's are just amazing toys to have. looks great in all three modes and it's so detailed If I had to pick one mode I love best it would be gerwalk! Nose is so low. haha Plus it's on sale at overdrive so go grab one if it's your first. I also have the 1/60 yf-21. Let me tell you this is also a work of art. Gotta love yamato engineering. I can't choose a favorite between the vf-1 and the yf-21. Next purchase is either the double nuts yf-19 or the vf-11b. I don't manhandle the toy like some people do, I just mainly display them, transform them sometimes and play with them in their preset poses. If you want to play with them hardcore then Bandai is the company to go for.
  24. Wasn't the white & blue YF-19 suppose to have red stripes in it instead of black?
