Thanks for the video. I was finally able to get the swing bar out doing it the way it is shown in the video with a minor difference (positioning the legs into gerwalk). After struggling with getting the swing bar out the hips have become a bit loose. Any tips or videos on removing the leg of the vf-1 so I can apply some nail polish to try and get the leg tighter? Thanks

Does anyone have issues with their vf-0s' forearms getting black paint smudges due to the pegs on the legs rubbing when transforming to fighter mode? The pegs are also losing their black paint. If so, is there a way to clean off the black smudges on the forearms?

Hi guys I have an earlier V2 1/60 vf-1s focker edition and I have so much trouble changing it from battroid to fighter because the hip bar is stuck behind the nose hatch and I can't get it out like I can with my V2 1/60 vf-1s hikaru edition. I think the reason for the difficulty is due to the hip bar hinge not moving freely forwards and backwards. Instead it barely moves and is locked into whatever position it is left at. Has anyone found a good way to make the hinge on the hip bar move more freely so that I am able to release it from the nose hatch more easily? Thank you for your assistance guys

The VF-0S is solid. Everything is so nice and tight I wish I bought the 0D for $200 when it was on sale. No issues with the legs

How do you get the arm (swivel hinges) around the legs for gerwalk and battroid mode? I'm afraid to break the toy if I lift too hard hard to clear the bump..

If Arcadia does not address this issue of the leg coming off then this is the last product I buy from them. After the 0D and 0A they have had plenty of time to listen to issues and come up with a fix. I hope they do the right thing for their customers. I don't feel like operating on a $320 toy.

Hello all! I can't wait for it to be released! As I got closer to my 30s I stopped collecting toys altogether and started focusing on only buying functional items, but I decided to drop by on my birthday (12/9) and see what was new on MWF and that's when I found out Yamato no exist. Thankfully Arcadia will pick up where Yamato left off. The new VF-0 toys are so beautiful I couldn't help but preorder the VF-0S when I saw the pictures. Besides the VF-1 design, I've always loved the VF-0 design. ^^ I'm hoping the wife won't be to upset when the charges hit. lol

Hey Graham I noticed in your signature that you were able to get the updated shoulder hinges for the V2. Is it possible to add me to the list for two sets? I tried pming you but it says you've disabled that feature. Please let me know if you can it will be greatly appreciated!

Hmm both my V2 VF-1S Roy's shoulder hinges finally broke. Very sad now I haven't been on here a long time but is yamato or anyone offering updated hinges for sale so I can swap them out? Also how are the updated VF-1S V2's with the updated hinge. Any breakages reported yet? Thanks any help would be appreciated!

I find the toy fantastic but the lower heatshield takes a lot of time to lock into place. I have small fingers yet I am still experiencing problems, any tip on making it less painful? Also the paint for the nub on the lower heatshield is starting to come off. Anyone experiencing this as well? Also when I do get the lower and top heatshield to lock, it looks okay but the right side protudes a little more than the left. Have to look hard but it bothers me knowing it's like that. Sigh

Holy crap the VF-11B is top shelf. Compare to my vf-1 v.2's I can see why this bird costs more. About the same size but when I hold them both I definitely feel a difference in design and quality. The only thing that bugs me slightly is that on one of my fast pack the cover to the screw is missing and on one of the canards on the fuselage, the tip is slightly off; very minuscule though. Other than that it's a perfect bird.
