    Bandai DX VF-31

Kinda disappointing that Bandai couldn't get even the first of The Delta DX toys released until after the show's already finished
  3. Two theories on why Keith used the nose laser instead of his much more powerful beam gunpod to shoot Messer: 1) Yes, he was showboating and wanted to show he could take down his skilled arch-rival even using a lesser weapon. or 2) Possibly if Keith had triggered the beam gunpod, perhaps the sensors on Messer's VF-31F may have been able to detect it powering up, giving Messer a chance to evade. Therefore Keith decided to be sneaky and use a previously unknown weapon which would not be in the Siegfried's threat detection database.
  4. We need an Aerial Knight death next as revenge for Messer and also to balance out the odds, otherwise Delta Squadron will be over-matched.
  5. I'm guessing the next death in the series will be Master Herman. I mean he's 33, so he's already lived 3 years longer than the average life-span for Windermereans Likely he'll end up dying, sacrificing himself while saving Bogue (again).
  6. I'm betting on Mikumo being half Protodeviln, the love child of Sivil and Basara. The timing would be about right.
  7. I may have to give Ghost in the Shell Arise and Ajin a try.
  8. Macross Delta. What, you mean there is other anime??????????
  9. I think the Lil' Drakkens likely have a semi-autonomous A.I., with limited freedom of action, depending on instructions received. No way a pilot could control two separate drones while also flying his own VF in combat. Probably the pilot has a quick-access, set menu of instructions he can send also, such as "attack locked on target", "protect this SV-262 etc.", which the Lil' Drakken then follows to the best of the A.I.'s ability.
  10. I was thinking it was just a sensor package that the Aerial Knights were going to deploy/launch to the underwater Protoculture ruins on Ragna. I don't think any of the other Sv-262s were carrying it (have to review the footage again), which makes me think it's not a fold booster.
  11. I still think that the Sv-262 may have a built-in short-range internal fold drive as in this episode it mentions they de-folded inside Ragna's air defense space. But there was no mention or sign of a carrier ship de-folding with them, unless it had excellent stealth and wasn't detected. I'm not buying that every time we see the Sv-262s de-fold they are riding the accompanying fold bubble of a parent ship, as we have yet to see a parent ship for them. Still wondering if this mysterious "Branch" that keeps getting mentioned is their ship or home base on Windemere.
  12. We see Windemere grunt Sv-262s when they invade Voldor, so the Windemere army is more than just the Aerial Knights.
  13. I'd love to see Mylene show up, hopefully with Gamlin in tow as well.
  14. I don't think the Knights superhuman ability to make large leaps and be able to easily beat up normal humans in hand-to-hand combat are gonna help them much in the cockpit, maybe to withstand more G, but the Delta pilots have ICS for that, so probably about even. And nowhere has it been stated or shown that the Sv-262 is a superior airframe to the VF-31. So far when flown by pilots of equal ability, the two variable fighters seem evenly matched.
