    I'd be quite happy if what came next deviates from what we've seen recently from Macross. Not looking to cause trouble with those who like Delta, but it just wasn't for me. I'd prefer something more traditional out of this next show. Even if that means Kawamori isn't involved.

    Got my tickets to see Oppenheimer on the 20th. Holding off on Barbie until the reviews confirm it's as awesome as it looks.

    There's been more and more rumblings about SE remastering or remaking some of its older titles (beyond what they've already released or announced). Outside of DQ12, that's where my real interest lies with their games.

    What I mean is this looks to be exactly the sort of thing he'd be involved in. That he just isn't is going to need a solid reason.

    It would have been a much better movie without Jared Leto in it. He ruins every scene he's in, which is too many.

    Crystal Skull has the same problems the Prequels do: bad dialog and poor performances. We could probably get past the story issues if those two weren't so terrible. Dial of Destiny doesn't really have any real dialog or performance issues, so it's much easier for me to get past whatever issues I may have with the story.

    Your need to be so obnoxiously anti-Disney is tiring and doesn't really contribute anything to this discussion. And the videos you share are hot garbage. You won't see the movie, so just move on. And stop watching all of those caustic videos on YouTube. You'll be happier for it in the long run.

    Given the amount of money their movies have made, that's not a statement grounded in reality at all. Can we not turn this thread into a Disney-bashing discussion? I'd like to hear what people thought of the actual movie.

    Audience score is holding steady at 89% with over 1,000 reviews. The movie is good, folks.

    I've been checking out more recent reviews this morning, and there's definitely a feeling (discussion) that the Cannes crowd sunk the rating score. It's gone up over 10 points with the recent non-Cannes reviews.

    I legitimately don't understand how it's only 67% on RT. I've been poking around some of the negative reviews and man, did they even see the same movie I did?

    Just got back from seeing it. Legitimately a good movie. Not a legacy sequel, not a recycling of Indiana Jones's greatest hits. More in line with Raiders in that it isn't as slapsticky as the other movies are. A tad long, maybe. Has some real emotion and a wonderful ending. Where would I rank it? Not sure, but my stepmother loved it and said it was her new favorite Indy movie.

    A reviewer I trust really enjoyed it and called it the 4th-best Indiana Jones movie and didn't mean that as shade. But, whatever the case, I already have my tickets.

    No gameplay + it's an open world Ubisoft game, so color me skeptical. But, it's Star Wars, so I'll be keeping an eye on it.
