This is supposed to be out in December right? Are there any news for the intended release? The VF-1S Hikaru DYRL version already has some pics in the VF-1 thread. How about this one? Is it possible that the VF-0S release will be pushed back further?

Voted for the YF-19 too. I just find the design very cool and pleasing to look at. Its my favorite valk up to date. Now if Yamato would only make the VF-17 Nightmare, that would most likely change my vote

Went to some Hobby shops in Akihabara this afternoon. VF-1J with super and strike parts price ranges from 12,100 yen to 13,200 yen depending on the shop. I think the 13,200 ones will still be deducted duty free or something to that effect.

Thanks David @jedimech To be honest, I liked the Ivanov color scheme a lot more than Noras. I just got the Nora because the Ivanov has quality problems frequently reported by owners

But it seems these questions were not adequately answered: 1) The main character in the Playstation game Macross VFX-2 is named Aegis Focker. How is he related to Roy Focker? Is the story in the VFX-2 game canon and related to the macross storyline? 2) In what movie, OVA or comic does Hikaru and Misa wed and have a child? Just finished watching 2012 flashback and there was nothing in it that showed they were married or something.

I dunno. The sign below the Hikaru VF-1s says 2008<Some Kanji> 12<Getsu(month in english) + other kanji> so maybe it really would be released in December 2008. HOORAY. I can get these before going back to the Philippines

I liked macross zero. Maybe that's because I havent really followed the whole macross series up till now.

Congratulation on your purchase. My first valk was a YF-19 with fold booster. When I first got it, I just stared at awe and amazement at the details. I was damn scared to touch it and didnt transform it until a few days later. I felt the $$$$ spent on the thing was well worth it. Enjoy your new toy/model.
