Got my VF-1J with super strike parts about 3 weeks ago. So far so good, no shoulder breaking or anything. But the thing is, I haven't transformed it yet HAHAHAHA. Peace and Merry Christmas all you flamers and debaters.

I don't think there was any reissue for the VF-0A. The VF-0S though is being reissued and is supposed to be out this December. Not to scare you or anything but I guess you should know the standalone VF-0A has very poor quality.

Im so sad. That means I cant get it here in Japan where I can save on shipping.

Doesnt it say in Yamato Japan's website that VF-1S Hikaru and Roy will be out on December 15? Im sure I read it right last time. Or maybe it got delayed again. Lemme check for a sec.....

VTF-1 is right. You will grab all that you can anyway. But for the sake of argument, lets just say you can only buy one for your whole life(sucks right?), Id say get the VF-0S with fast pack. Its got a lovelier design than the VF-1S and its quality is quite good.

WOW Big F you really know your stuff. How long have you been living in Japan? Okies I will do what you and Save suggested and stuff the box insides with some clothing. Still have 1 week to go. Im leaving on the 16th.

Even if you do get a 0A with non exploding shoulders, there are reports of floppiness and other sort of stuff with the 0A. If I were you I would wait for the VF-0S reissue thats coming out this December.

Isamu will be fine. Them Japanese do their job very well. Im 90% sure they'll handle anything marked as fragile with the utmost care. Once it arrives in the Philippines though it's a different story. Actually Isamu is very unlucky. The reason I have to check him in is because nora, focker and guld will be safe in my handcarry items together with a few electronics and I will be over the handcarry limit if I include Isamu too.

Hi guys. I like to ask Yamato experts in here if the Yamato packaging of their toys(the box and everything) is strong enough to withstand if I put them in the Check-in baggage at the airport? My handcarry capacity is already full so I have no choice but to put the YF-19 in the check-in baggages. Thanks.

Get a Yamato. ... The VF-1's on the 1/60 scale are a good choice so I heard(except for the VF-1S with the reported exploding shoulders)

Good thing Im not a completionist hehehe. Im only aiming for the 1/60 valkyries. And only those that has no or minor quality issues. VF-1S Hikaru come to meeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Cool. So for this December, we will be getting the VF-1S Hikaru DYRL, VF-0S version2 and the rerelease of the VF-1S version2. Thats 3 valks in one month. Yamato really wants to suck the $$$$$ out of us.

Oh so that's how it works. I thought they would be releasing pics for all products including newer versions of existing toys before actually releasing them to the public.

I think what RogueTrooper wants to ask is what are the "Uncultured" Zentradi fleets doing. Are they still at war with the Supervision army? Do they know about the Macross and that Bodolza's fleet was destroyed by humans? Hehehe I added some of my questions to his :-)

Did you get the Nora, Ivanov or the mass production?

Im being pessimistic here, but I think it wont be coming out in December because if it is, theres supposed so be some pictures right about now just like the VF-1S Hikaru DYRL. I really10000x hope they release it early December so I can get one before leaving Japan. But if more delay == better quality, then I guess I can wait a few more months.

I searched the answer to that question before buying my first valk. And the answer is .... no, theres no sign or label to diffrentiate versions. Best thing to do is to ask the shop owner or attendants if it is the version2 or not

YF-19 for me. Its just overall a cooler valk than the VF-1J . There's also a VF-1J in the 1/60 scale, you might also consider that instead of the 1/48. But if I was made to choose between the two you mentioned, I'd go for the YF-19. Just my personal preference.

Where do you guys get the money to pay for these things????
