I’ve owned G1 Skywarp before (my first Seeker), but all of the others are new to me. I’m certain the combiners will disappoint, but it’ll be a fresh, novel disappointment. 🙂 Quote

At least he’ll last then. All of my bendy toys eventually split open and/or got all floppy and lazy once the internal wire snapped. Nice grab! Quote

Yeah, I just started collecting Godzilla figures about year or two ago ever since -1.0 figures started coming out. I prefer the static figures like the Ichibansho stuff over the poseable ones like S.H. MonsterArts. I'm hoping to get my first X-Plus Godzilla figure this month. Quote

This thing is ginormous! I saw one online retailer selling it for $1,500!!!! [But they had discounted it to $400. But still!?!?] Quote

I'm not certain of its vintage. My Google-fu returned about a bazillion Godzilla toys - most of which, like the one linked above, were beyond impressive. I lost track of most everything kaiju in the early 90s. But in the 80s? You couldn't tear me away from the TV if a monster/robot/kung-fu movie was on. Quote

MKT Posted yesterday at 12:19 PM Posted yesterday at 12:19 PM Got a cheapo 1/36 VW Beetle from a thrift sale to complement the 3rd party Transcraft BB. Initially wanted to get another Transcraft for alt mode - love the sculpt, but mold is plaque with QC issues so just leaving it in bot-mode only. Quote

I actually put one of these models together when I was young and I've had a fascination with the Krieger line ever since. Some kind of WWII fetish I think. Anyway, very cool line that combines military, WWII and even a little steam punk aesthetic. I'm already on my way to collecting as many of these as I can. Never thought of myself as a model collector, but here you have it. Where did you buy it? Quote
