Sentinel has announced a new line of plastic models, with the first release the Gurren Lagann.  Poseability and options look great.  Pre-painted chest and face included.

Available for pre-order from the usual suspects.  1st release July 2020.

From their blog:

I participated as a staff member at the time of the original animation broadcast,

Based on an arrangement by Tetsu Amemiya (TRIGGER)

Designed by Chemical Attack Yoichi Sakamoto (FLAME TOYS).

In the Priobot

With the same shape as "RIOBOT Glen Lagann",

T-REX is redesigned for Prybot.

Glenn mark represented three-dimensionally,

Solid shape of each part,

Waist armor reminiscent of armor warriors ,

Like "RIOBOT Glen Lagann"

The result is a plastic kit with a slightly different impression from the original design.

Curious how it turns out as a straight build.

If it's anything like Flame Toys' "Furai" Transformers kits, I'm sure you'll be pleased.  :good:

This is tremendous news! If the factory Sentinel uses is operational again, we should start seeing things (from an announcement/PO perspective at least) start normalizing. Also, Gurran Lagann is awesome.

Not gonna lie... personally salty because the teased continuation of GL products under their riobot line seems to have been scrapped, but as long as the kits are quality unless that Moderoid trash then good on them.

What was wrong with the moderoids? I’ve only built one so far and really liked it.

as far as these, are they gonna do kit versions of other action figures they’ve done? Just curious, cause I would love a tekkaman blade kit since the figure looks pretty good.

Mine literally fell apart all over. Only toy I've ever legitimately thrown away. Poor joints as well. I don't wish poorly on anyone so glad you don't share that experience.
