sketchley Posted February 18 Posted February 18 Question is: will they release the missile pack equipped version in the near future? And what about the Quadoran-Nona? It would be a good way to milk those Quadoran-Ro molds! Quote
Bolt Posted February 18 Posted February 18 (edited) I will certainly mod one of mine w a missile pack, if not . Is there any existing line art for that variant? The Quadoran- Ro would be awesome, but it's probably a long shot, no? Edited February 18 by Bolt Quote

Kamjin’s black green and the gold trim color variations are pretty easy, missiles are a bit of a long shot, but kinda a simple add on. Possibly a garage company will do an conversion if hasegawa doesn’t 3 hours ago, Bolt said: I will certainly mod one of mine w a missile pack, if not . Is there any existing line art for that variant? I’ve never seen line art and most people didn’t know it existed till on of the higher definition releases of the movie because you blink and you will totally miss it. I remember thinking those missiles were just hallway lights or something till a good snap of the pic popped up on one of these threads. Not sure if anyone really noticed it till then. That pack is super easy to miss even with a good copy of the movie, but once you know it’s there, it’s there every time you watch it after that. Quote

I never noticed it until it was pointed out here a while back. Quote

I took advantage of the ECMS discount @ HLJ and shipped a bunch of Hasegawa stuff as well as several other things. But the TV Rau is too big to take advantage of the discount.. I did the same thing. Shipped everything I had but the TV Rau. lol. Can’t bring myself to pay $90 to ship it Quote

SteveTheFish Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago Hasegawa posted this on their website just an hour ago when it turned noon. TV version 1:24 Misa with Super Valk Eggplane. http://www.hasegawa-model.co.jp/product/65899/ Quote
Bolt Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago I like the Misa part . But the egg plane is just a Christmas tree ornament- Quote
Papa Rat Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Very cool. Also lol at Christmas ornament. That’s actually a great idea. I might do that. Haha Quote
Thom Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Wow, I' definitely get the Misa figure - and donate the egg plane to the bin!😁 Quote

KOG Water Dragon Posted 5 hours ago Author Posted 5 hours ago I'm kinda more interested in these.... 1/48 VF-19EF/A Isamu Special Macross Frontier 1/72 VF-25F Tornado Messiah Macross Frontier (Atmospheric Specification) Are they rehashes of existing moulds? Yes. Was the Isamu Special already released in 1/72? Yes. Am I excited to have a 1/48 Isamu Special and a Hasegawa Tornado Messiah? YES. Gives me a little fresh hope that they might do an Armored VF-25 or Armored VF-31 if they want to milk the base moulds as much as possible. Quote

Now I can feel safe leaving the Bandai in battroid, since I'll have the Hasegawa for fighter. And big 1/48s are always cool. Though we need the YF-21, VF-1D, and VF-11 a lot more. Do we think VF-0 is too insanely big for 1/48? Quote
