Holy Moly, Stampede Valk CGI

Have you guys seen this?

I don't know who modeled this Stampede valk but it's some really great work!

There was a 1/48 custom on these boards, it came up in a thread not too long ago, and this CG model largely seems based on that custom. Pretty cool stuff both in terms of the custom and the CG work .

EDIT - Watching it again, the 1/48 custom was likely just one of many influences. It's awesome work, I'm always super jealous of CG skills.

Not a big fan of Stampede Valk -- the ZZ Gundam of Macross. But that CG clip looks cool.

It's from Fabian Podestá, the guy is a genius with 3DMax (His Monster model it's awesome and amazingly detailed too) He posted a lot of pics from the work in process over the Comunidad Macross-Robotech Facebook page

No, I think the Valks Veritechs from that short were made by a chinese dude.... not entirely sure.

I remember someone was working in a conversion kit for the 1/48 but I do not know what happened with that project
