Solscud007
Hey I realized wouldnt it be easier to jsut buy a Hikaru 1A and order the heat shield and head formt eh VF-1S version? that way you save 130 bucks.
Myersjessee
problem is can you order the parts? I have not been able to get anything from HLJ...
Chowser
I don't think Yamato is letting anyone order parts. aren't both going for the same price usually? (the reissue 1A and Hikaru 1S) Edited January 1, 2004 by Chowser
Neova
I think the Hikaru 1S is about the same price as the re-issused 1A now. Plus you get the better pilot sculpt.
Solscud007
I read somewhere that some people were able to order parts. EXO
It was discussed a while back on the last board when the 1S first came out... I remember I started the thread and was attacked by the "moral majority" of the boards. <_ anyway a couple of people were able to do it until yamato caught on. they stopped offering the heads for replacement parts. soon after that got really picky with who can and cannot order monkey nuggt offered part service was turned down but seems hlj is still quite few replacements. though i not sure if head swap.>
ComicKaze
Yamato states its replacement service does not offer heads. And the rest of the replacement service has pretty much useless now.

Drad
I wouldn't mind getting a set of the 1/48 anime style hands for my VF-1S. Anyone know the part numbers?
