Jefuemon
Well, this didn't take nearly as long to finish as I thought it would. Here's the 1/4000 scale SDF-1 Macross, DYRL version resin kit from Yellow Submarine. No decal work, everything painted. That's why I though it would take me a long time, especially with the ARMD's. Jefuemon
Getoutta here!!! That's the Yamato 1/3000... Looks Awesome! Great job!!! Well, it is actually colored the same. This was put out for the assembly kit. Went down real nice, but if you think Mr. Color smells bad.... Still have a ton of the grey left, so I know what color to paint my launch arms of all the Digital Mission VF-X kits I'm going to be building soon. Now I REALLY wanna repair my storm attacker kit! I may have to track one down now.
electric indigo
Good & quick work, Sir. I just checked this against the Hasegawa prototype, which looks a lot sleeker than the YS kit. It will be interesting to see how the final kit will turn out.

MechTech
Awesome build!!! I like the clean lines and painted markings. I too am going to have to build my old Macross kit-it's not right being a fan and not having one on the shelf!-MT

cool8or
I swear I posted here! sorry for that. The kit looks great, and the painting job on the ARMDs is fantastic! but why doesn't have the antennas of the Bridge?
Jefuemon
I swear I posted here! sorry for that. The kit looks great, and the painting job on the ARMDs is fantastic! but why doesn't have the antennas of the Bridge? Because someone wasn't as careful as he should have been while washing the parts. I think they went down the drain with a load of soapy water and excess resin bits.
