veffidas Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 I reposted the poster image below since Yahoo! Japan Auctions sometimes tends to remove the pictures after the auction expires. It's apparently JIS B1 size, which means it'd be twice the size of the launch ceremony poster. On the other hand, I somehow have the pleasant misfortune of not having a proper stand to hang the following banner upon. You can see both in kresphy's post that had shots of what I presume was an unveiling event.
Tochiro Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 Veffidas - thanks for that! It was late and I was a little lazy. And yes, Id say it is twice the size of a regular theatrical poster. Awesome banner! I resolved a while back to get one of those! The problem being that most are in use outside of pachinko halls at the moment... ^^; And who needs a stand when you could just hang it from the ceiling?!?! lol. Im off to play a bit with some guys from the office this weekend actually :-) Am hoping they release some cool little Macross themed trinkets as prizes for the game (like with Eva).
Vepariga Posted December 9, 2009 Posted December 9, 2009 I stillg get a big smile and excited everytime i rewatch those clips kresphy posted. sooo good.
Tochiro Posted December 9, 2009 Posted December 9, 2009 Ok, managed to win myself one of those DVDs. Will take a week or so to get here. Im sure the only thing on it is the live action commercials, but will tell all when it finally comes. Damn yahoo auctions...my wallet cries, hahahaha.
MastaEgg Posted December 14, 2009 Posted December 14, 2009 There's a contest going on where you can win either the DVD or a set of keychains by completing some sort of challenge in one of the mobile games.
Tochiro Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 New poster is out - manage to grab one on an auction :-) Heres hoping that theres plenty more new posters and stuff on the way! :-)

Jasonc Posted January 13, 2010 Posted January 13, 2010 Finally got all the DVDs for the Pachinko game, including a set of keychains that were part of some promo set. One of the DVDs has some cut scenes, but not all of them. Another is like a promo showing footage of all the shows, and has some cut scene footage as well. The other 2 DVDs are promo DVDs of 1)the machine setup and V tligga (trigger), and 2) the other promo for the machine. Pretty cool stuff, and I'm glad I was able to get it. Now to keep on saving for the game itself. MWcon 2010, here we come (finger's crossed)
Tochiro Posted January 13, 2010 Posted January 13, 2010 Kresphy - awesome find! I love her comment 'I wont lose to Klan!' hehehehe These kindof events popup all over the place and its often impossible to know when and where they will be. I was walking home once and found out that I missed meeting Yuuko Miyamura (Asuka from Eva, the original Chun-li from SF2) at my local pachinko hall. Doh!
Vepariga Posted January 13, 2010 Posted January 13, 2010 that comments makes me wonder what a milia vs klan match would be like..
veffidas Posted January 13, 2010 Posted January 13, 2010 I've come across the following footage. Given the matching text from the screencap, it's quite possibly close to what's on the č¶ ęæć¢ćę¼åŗé DVD. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=KJTCJD2S (54MB)

Jasonc Posted January 30, 2010 Posted January 30, 2010 (edited) Just got an account at rapidshare, so once I can get it to load right, I'll put it up fo you guys. I'm a bit new at it. Oh, and Veffidas, what you found is pretty much what I have. There's another DVD with some other stuff, but not much. Edited January 30, 2010 by Jasonc
Renato Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 Milia's CV~~~~ http://asagawo.blog.shinobi.jp/Entry/1601/ Excellent! Eri Takeda is great. Nice to see her again after so long. You know she wrote, composed and arranged the "Millia's Lullaby" song in that SDF Macross episode where they take Komiria along for a ride to kick some Zentran ass.
sketchley Posted February 4, 2010 Posted February 4, 2010 I heard from a student today that he had spotted the Pachinko game in a Round One amusement centre in Osaka (presumably one of them between Osaka and Kyoto cities). He thinks it cost ᅣ100 per play; and there were Macross related prizes. It might be worthwhile to check out Round One for the game in other areas.
graphitepusher001 Posted February 8, 2010 Posted February 8, 2010 I've only skimmed thru this thread. Has anyone found out which animation company produced the work? It has a slight GONZO look.
DarrinG Posted February 11, 2010 Posted February 11, 2010 Read through this thread 3 x -- I'm in for a used one, better start making more money!
Jasonc Posted February 16, 2010 Posted February 16, 2010 So far, I have about $2000 saved up for this thing. I'm looking to get one sometime in August/September. That'll be around the same time I get a second raise this year, so the finances should be there, barring no crazy new toys come out that I have to get.
DarrinG Posted February 16, 2010 Posted February 16, 2010 Yike! $2,000? So that's new right? I saw in this thread that its going to be about $500 for a used one in a year or two, that's certainly my plan (only plan). Can I call dibs on yours if you get tired of it : ) Seriously though JasonC - keep me in mind in all your questing here. If you come across one that is used or not perfect PM me please . . .
Jasonc Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Ahhh, haven't been here in awhile. that's $2000 pesos, (j/k) $2000 USD. Yike! $2,000? So that's new right? I saw in this thread that its going to be about $500 for a used one in a year or two, that's certainly my plan (only plan). Can I call dibs on yours if you get tired of it : ) Seriously though JasonC - keep me in mind in all your questing here. If you come across one that is used or not perfect PM me please . . . If I find some available for decent prices, I'll let you know. I haven't looked around lately, but I'm gonna seriously look around June.
Maiden Japan Posted April 9, 2010 Posted April 9, 2010 I purchased these promo kits from ebay and I just got them today!! A booklet, clear file, 2 DVDs and figure strap set; all for $100 shipped! yey
Jasonc Posted April 9, 2010 Posted April 9, 2010 I purchased these promo kits from ebay and I just got them today!! A booklet, clear file, 2 DVDs and figure strap set; all for $100 shipped! yey Awesome!!! i got the DVDs, but didn't get the booklet. I think that's the only thing I didn't get. Looks cool.
Lott Sheen Posted April 9, 2010 Posted April 9, 2010 Awesome!!! i got the DVDs, but didn't get the booklet. I think that's the only thing I didn't get. Looks cool. I got the full complement of promo material a couple of months ago off Yahoo japan auctions. I was dissapointed, I thought at least one of the DVDs would archive all the new animation done for the game but its just quick cuts promoting the game and far from complete. I guess I was foolish to assume this.
UN Spacy Posted July 16, 2011 Posted July 16, 2011 So. Where can somebody find one of these for sale in the aftermarket?

veffidas Posted June 19, 2012 Posted June 19, 2012 The images and clips at the following links are the promotional materials Sankyo distributed through their website some time ago to pachinko parlor owners to advertise the Macross Fever game (see flyer posted by Maiden Japan). Wanted to get these files out so they could be preserved by other fans, too. http://dropcanvas.com/l48au (370MB) - unzipped JPGs (for previewing) http://dropcanvas.com/kobds (300MB) - zipped JPGs, (all files were distributed zipped) http://dropcanvas.com/xvavl (1.45 GB) - zipped PSDs and WMVs (graphic artists will likely prefer the Photoshop Documents) To keep bases covered, though, the following is the legal text that was posted on the download page: ćč¶ ę空č¦å”ććÆćć¹ćć®ē権å ćØę Ŗå¼ä¼ē¤¾SANKYOćØć®ćć“ć»ćć£ć©ćÆćæä½æēØčØ±č«¾å„ē“ć«ćććå½ć³ć¼ćć¼čØč¼å 容ć®ć使ēØć«ććć£ć¦ćÆć仄äøć®å 容ć®ē¦ę¢äŗé ćććć¾ćć å½ć³ć¼ćć¼ć®čØč¼å 容ćåŗå å¤åŗåē©ä»„å¤ć§ä½æēØććććØć å½ć³ć¼ćć¼ć«čØč¼ććć¦ćććć“ć»ļ¼Cļ¼č”ØčØć»ćć£ć©ćÆćæćå¤ę“ćć¦ä½æēØććććØć å½ć³ć¼ćć¼ä»„å¤ć®ćć¼ćøć®å 容ć転č¼ćććććÆå¤ę“ćć¦ä½æēØććććØćļ¼ä½ććę¬ä½ē»åć«ć¤ćć¦ćÆćć®éćć§ćÆććć¾ćććļ¼ å½ć³ć¼ćć¼ć®čØč¼å 容ććććć£ć¼ćć¼č¶ ę空č¦å”ććÆćć¹ćć®č²©äæē®ē仄å¤ļ¼åŗččŖä½ć®åŗåēļ¼ć§ä½æēØććććØć ć¾ććå½ć³ć¼ćć¼ć«ę²č¼ććć¦ććē“ ę仄å¤ć®ä½æēØļ¼ę©ēØ®ē“¹ä»ćć¼ćøććć®č»¢č¼ļ¼ćåē»å “ćć£ć©ćÆćæćęęćććććØććć£ć©ćÆćæć®ć¤ć”ć¼ćøćęćŖććććŖ ę±ććććććØćē¦ę¢ććć¦ćć¾ćććććć«éåćć¦ä½æēØććå “åć使ēØč ćÆčä½ęØ©ę³éåćØćć¦åäŗč²¬ä»»ćę°äŗč²¬ä»»ćåćććććØćććć¾ćć®ć§ć注ęć ć ććć čä½ęØ©ć«ć¤ćć¦ćäøęćŖē¹ććććć¾ćććććåćåććć¼ćøćććåćåććć ććć ā»ććć£ć¼ćć¼č¶ ę空č¦å”ććÆćć¹ćć®ćć£ć©ćÆćæåć³ę¬ä½ē»åćć使ēØć®éćÆåæ ććļ¼Cļ¼č”ØčØćć使ēØćć ććć

Fortress_Maximus Posted December 11, 2017 Posted December 11, 2017 Old post but wanted to ask the MW community, does anyone know what the total costĀ for the animated sequences in Fever? Thanks.
