Graham
The fixed pose VF-1J w/GBP-1S, Tomahawk and VF-1S Battroid look nice, but beware the joints. My vol.1 VF-1J Hikaru had some very tight joints and the elbow, which is very fragile snapped after only 5 minutes. The transforming ones are okay in Fighter and Gerwalk mode, but are very badly propotioned in Battroid and have extremely limited articulation. I was very disappointed with vol. 1, except for the Regult. I doubt I will bother with vol.2. Graham
Aegis!
OH HELL YEAH !!! I was wondering when were they going to release the GBP , now it´s time to order one of this babies
BoBe-Patt
yeah, I think I'll stick with just the second series as I want that GBP armor! That looks bad @$$!!
Mechafan
These look nice. I have the first set on the way. Thanks for the heads up Graham.
yellowlightman
The GBP reminds me of Ace Ventura. Nice detail, but doesn't look like it's worth it to me.
Rune
Looks nice but I think I might pass on them. Although if someone happens to recast the tomahawk and GBP then maybe..I don't have series one so I don't know how they are built.
gnollman
Too bad I can't just get the Tomahawk and GBP....

Gerwalker
Any idea of the size of the GPB? I've seen the the previous vol. and they were very small.
Batou
Thanks for the heads up, ssc2046. Welcome to Macross World. I just got my first box of the first series from HLJ last week, and I've been pretty impressed with them, all things considered. The new set looks even better. Godzilla
Too bad I can't just get the Tomahawk and GBP.... You and me both friend... unless someone is willing to part with them, I want in on it!
the white drew carey
I don't mind the stylized poses on the valks, but the Tomahawk looks silly posing like that.
gnollman
Really? I thought it was extremely cool... the series always focused so much on the Valkyries, you never really got to see the Destroid corps do much more than die.... I always wanted to hear more of their stories. In this instance, I really like the way Robotech: Battlecry portrayed the Destroids... they were some hard-ass bastards! recon
Are this figures of the K&M part 3 series? Looks like it is. Cheers

recon
Here are some pictures from the Macross Mission 3 Trading figures. Any idea who makes them?
Rune
Those look cool but I am still not sure wether or not to get them. Maybe just to keep in the box and sit in storage.
Batou
Yikes! I hadn't seen those yet. That strike battroid looks amazing when you consider how small these littel guys are. And that glaug?? I've been really pleased with these so far, considering what you get for your dollar (or your yen, or pounds, rupies, or whatever). Anyone know when this third set is supposed to come out? macrossworks
Well, if it's Mission 3 Gashapons it would be BANDAI as BANDAI named them Mission 1, 2... i think..
Graham
Yep, Bandai. The Mission 2 Regults and VF-1 Battroids were pretty cool and very well articulated for the size. I much prefer these over the K&M figures. Graham
bigkid24
That Tomahawk pose looks just like the pose that was in Mission 1 of the Bandai gashapons. In mission 1, it was grey.
macrossworks
Well, the Bandai looks more solid..somehow K&M is commingout with the same types..so it's kinda duplicate if you already have the Bandai's..(other than the armor battroid & the nice colored regult) CMS Corp. was diff. though, figures..... something diff...
