Thanks. 355876[/snapback] in fact ,MACROSS was never broadcasted in the TV station of CHINESE MAINLAND,but broadcasted in TAIWAN,CHINA and HONG KONG ,CHINA.but 14 years ago,ROBOTECH was broadcasted in SHANGHAI TV STATION. this was the first time that we knew the MACRSS characters and mechas though they are ROBOTECH UNIVERSE. with the development of INTERNET ,we can download the MACROSS AND ROBOTECH anime from internet. AND then we know the difference between MACROSS AND ROBOTECH.but majority of CHINESE fans still cant distinguish which is MACROSS AND ROBOTECH. when they hear"ROBOTECH",they must think ROBOTECH is MACROSS .BUT nobody will say that "MACROSS" is "ROBOTECH". hehe ,it is very funny. but now,most CHINESE children just like my little brother,a 15 years old guy,like GUNDAM。they dont konw MACROSS ,say nothing of ROBOTECH. Its kind of funny though, when I have a picture of a battroid on my monitor she points and exclaims "Oh, Gundam!". I patiently explain "No honey, its not Gundam". I laugh every time.
