Eh... I wasn't making a comment about the QC of the toy (yet). It just looks like the staff in charge of the display gave the toy to his toddler to bash around for a day before putting it up. >_>

Is that supposed to be simulated paint chipping? ... Looks like the toy was handled pretty rough: the decal is scraped off, and lots of the paint on the diecast parts are chipped.

Hasegawa has the YF-19 in 1/48... You're going to have to mod it for extra goodies though. =P

You can fit the peg between the gap of the wing root and the body. I think someone posted pics about it a long while back.

Yea its just straight up split out of the box. Ill try to post a pic of it later. Neither of the wings are loose though... Ironically, I'd say that the cracked hinge is actually tighter than the other one. >_>

I got my gamlin yesterday too. Unfortunately, the nose cone coloring is a little different, especially under dim light. The other thing is that my right wing hinge was cracked out of the box. =/. I guess this is where I contact HLJ

Are there supposed to be thrusters in the feet of the monster? Cant find any reference for it (and am too lazy to dig up MacF footage). The toy has big open boxy areas there, and doesn't really match the well detailed main-body engines they have.

The DX-25 Armored is a mess on its own. Beware >_> It pops off if you look at it funny.

This reminds me of when I was a kid, and I would refuse to stack anything on top of each other, unless they were both perfectly flat and sturdy surfaces (like a brick on top of another brick). Now I just put anything anywhere. >_> I do think you're a little crazy, but I guess you should ask whether the other members have noticed their vertical stabilizers have bent out of shape or not.

Uh... Roy was still the hero in Zero. Shin was only good at wooing lolis and crashing a lot while telling people not to tell him what to do. >_> He ruined Zero for me. If there wasnt Roy doing his GBP tackle on a carrier, I probably wouldn't have even bought any of the Zero toys.

The gap there between the fuselage and the lerx is intended i think. Its only a small gap. In battroid, it'll slide down and if its any closer, it'll scrape the fuselage bare (and destroy whatever decal you have there). The hips (intakes) not matching flush to the body is a V1 problem, I heard that it was resolved in V2. Same thing with the heatshield gap. That happens because of the weight of the nose causes the front half (forward of the backplate) to droop downwards some.

Lol. Well, I'm pretty glad I waited. I just put down my order for the Gamlin VF-22. Thanks to MWF posters for keeping me updated on sales though!
