    That's unfortunate. I've lucked out (knock on wood) and haven't had any issues with the VF-1 toys. I have both the 1J and 1S so far and was impressed with them enough to order the Max and Milia as well. The only issues I've heard of so far has been tariff related causing problems with shipping.

    I had them send out a new stand since the first one I got was a little messed up. It took about a month to receive but this was all before the tariff mess.

    I don't think it can turn that much. I ordered one from Mercari/Neokyo. First time using them. If I had known it would be available again on Yakakunow, I would of ordered from them instead.

    This show was great but it needed more scenes with Godzilla in it. Instead we get Kong now.

    I like the darker green. It goes really well with the shade of yellow. I think my only complaint besides the missing book-style box is the lack of the black & white Jolly Roger skull emblem incorporated into the armor. Maybe it could of gone on the shoulder missile pods or on one of it's leg armor?

    I would of have been happy with just a reissue and come out with a new DX VF-1 variant.

    I’m a little disappointed it doesn’t come in that book style box like the previous 1J release.

    I got my order today from Nin-Nin Game. DHL Duty Free shipping came out to $140. Did the original Arcadia release come with hard Styrofoam packaging? This one came in soft Styrofoam and didn't feel difficult to take out or put back into the box. There was also a warning sheet that was in both English and Japanese and I thought the manual would be dual language too but it was in Japanese only.

    I was surprised too about the mark down at launch. Even though it’s pretty bare in terms of accessories,, it’s still a great toy. The range of articulation and the poses it can make is impressive and the flat red hue they chose makes it easily stand out on my display case. The addition of a sound booster will make this toy even more unique. Maybe if you crack it open and play with it, you’ll feel less remorse about buying it?

    Three more days until it comes out. I don't know if I'm more excited about this or the Arcadia SDF-1 reissue.
