Very nice work. Not sure why that second batch came out bad...thats odd. I have the Club M and the Reppu...I could take some comparison shots. Im told the Musasiya is very nice too...but I dont have that one.

I dont have either of them....my comment meant after we finished the 1/48 21 and 19 then I just have them and the 1/48 VF22 and I am done. Thanks again for sharing your kit Paulo! Mechleader...dang....I didn't notice I caught my toes in that picture...LOL! (hope my pedicure does not offend! )

None taken...I took the pictures really quickly. They do lookly slightly more cloudy then the Gundam parts...but are the gundam parts at all flexible...or fairly rigid. That looks like rigid plastic...like a model canopy. The FP's are too plastic and thus a little thicker and a little more flexible...better for wear and tear.

I'm afraid what I did (to only some success) wont work...what I did was wait for the decals to be like 2/3rds dry....mostly dry but not stuck..then with a new blade I pushed down through the decal. I did not drag across it (or to be clearer...I tried that first and it tore) so I used the knife more like an onld school paper slicer...pushing down gently through the decal...hardly any force was required to slice it...then I applied for decal sol and used tweezers to lift away the cutsection. Once it is dry....ouch...perhaps a very light sand and then touch up airbrush? Or...perhaps just leave it...its so minor. ( I know...thats quitting...but I always hate to see a nice paint job wrecked.

I dont have any PG gundams with clear parts to compare...but they are not as clear as say a Hase canopy. Not sure if future or anything else would help...but they are solid. not brittle...and definitly not so foggy that they impare vision. Nice mixture if you ask me.

Yep...last I knew Monkey still had some recasts...and they are GREAT! As for the MaxL you might want to PM Valkyrie...he had some gorgeous recasts of the 1/100 MaxL

William...man oh man...its going to be beautiful!!! I had some luck trimming decals on my angel birds...I used a new xacto blade and cut down instead of sliced. I also waited till they were tacky...it was touch and go though so I don't know if I would recommend it.

I use a pencil...blunted tip...and color it in. Seems simply, but I tape the edges of the decal on (after cleaning the surface) and then color it on...gently and completely. Worked fine on my Gundams..but I have only tried it twice on models.

LOL! I will definitly get to building soon. I'm working on my Monkey Nugget Glaug Pod right now (slow because work has been work, and family has been family...baseball, vacation, soccer, TaeKwonDoe, sicknesses oh my! ) But, as soon as I finish the GlaugPod I think I will do the Club M Battroid. Valkyrie got me this kit and already started it...and it's just crying to be finished.

Not trying to brag...just very happy today. I got a great box from Monkey Nugget today. It contained a 1/72 Slave 1 I have been waiting for....two awesome sets of clear FP's...and thr PRIZE! Whats the prize? Well....nothing stunning...just the Club M 1/72 Super Valkyrie. Why prize you ask? Well...as far as I know it's the last 1/72 scale Club M Macross kit I didn't have. Thanks to many MW members, EBay, Yahoo Japan (ROB! ) and patience I have finally gotten them all. I started this quest a couple years ago with the YF19 and 21...I loved them so much I started the Tanmen order and the hunt for all of them. I have not been lucky enough to find originals of all of them...but I will...in the mean time BlackAces 1/48 is a close second, and a proud member of the collection. Thanks all....hope they make you smile like them make me grin. (Sh$teating my wife says! ) and finally...alas a recast...but thanks to VF1SAlpha, Grayson72 and shared work by MSLZ22 a recast of each coming soon to my collection the 1/48 19 and 21....woo whoo! After that....just need the 22....and the Misa and Minmei!!!! Almost there!!!
