Thanks F18 for the review pics. Really hope the issue on VF-1S Hikaru isn't wide spread but a isolated case. Have you talk to the distributor about an exchange for the defective piece?

I would think that the cause of the increase in toy prices are probably link to increase in manufacturing cost, labor cost and inflation but the sad thing is that our pay has not increase much during the past decade to keep up with the cost of living and expenses. Well you guys know the demand and supply theory, as long there is a demand, manufacturers and distributors alike can priced their items in any way they like but people will still buy them unless the pricing is horrendous and ridiculous

Thanks VA for the comparision pics. From the closeup shot on the wings, we can see the white on the Arcadia VF-1S is not really a pure white, but that of a slight greyish white tint as compared to the pure white on the TV VF-1S. I really prefer this tone as compared to the beige white that DYRL has. Now if Arcadia could fine tune the DYRL Strike and Super packs to have a more blueish green tint tone to it, that would be perfect

Hi guys, As i'm rather new to the frontier line, may i check how do you attached the super packs or armor packs onto the VF-25s Ver 2? Do you have to partially transformed it before attaching them or could they be attached to the VF-25 Ver 2 in fighter mode? thanks

Thanks skullmiitia and typev3 for the pics. I just ordered mine from NY. Now awaiting for the next VF-1S Hikaru to be released and hopefully a more accurate colored of the Strike/Super Fast packs.

Please do post pictures of the Arcadia DYRL VF-1S as i wish to compare what are the changes that are on this valk before i take the plunge to get one. Also may i check are the detailing sheet, waterslide decals or just stickers? Thanks

Correct me if im wrong, when i look through the screenshots of both DYRL and TV, both the VF-1S looks the same white tone to me. Although i would have preferred the DYRL valks to be of a greyish/white tone, the reissue of VF-1S Roy and Hikaru is still pretty good news to me who is playing the catching up game for both DYRL and TV variants, except for the missing ejection seat warning sign.

Since we are on the topic of DYRL, anyone felt that the fast packs colors could have a more bluish green tone seen in tenjin illustrations instead of a greenish blue tone. Hope that arcadia would make some improvements in regards to the DYRL fast packs colors

Seeing the number of issues, i decided to stop my preorder for the armor packs for the CF VF-171. Its just a matter of time the parts on mine will give way even though i have not transformed them yet

Frankly saying, NY should impose a new ruling that a certain percentage of deposit is required every time a preorder is placed as this will discourage scalpers from hoarding all the goods. Then again, NY is maybe one of the perpetrators artificially jacking up the price and limiting the quantities to create an artificial impression of demand.

Hmm now im wondering should I pay 250 which is the same as those scalper price on yahoo.jp auction or sit it out? Think I will sit this one out instead Wonders why did bandai bundled the booster packs together with the VF-27y, don't they always issue the adds on as a separate pack？
