  1. I actualy got a PM from Shawn today, he apologized for not getting back earlier as he has been swamped at work in the past days. Thanks guy for your help, as I said, all I needed is to know that he knows I have this issue. If you get no answers in the course of a long distance transaction, it is usualy due to the following: -the person is not checking his mail -the person is ignoring you and is already far away with your money -the person is sick and can't type -the mail system has a problem -the person is ... dead I all cases I had reasons to worry both because I care about my money and I care in a certain way about fellow MW members and I care about maintaining good relationships with members, most especialy with the great boobaa running this site ...
  2. Hi, Dunno if this is proper to post this here but I've been trying to reach Shawn many times with the private messenger and I all 4-6 cases he did not reply. The reason I am trying to contact him is because I paid for a clear fastpack I have not received it. He replied in the Fastpack payment thread and asked for alternate addresses and stuff but I wont make these addresses public obviously. If one of the mods has direct contact with him, please get him to reply, I'd be gratefull. Thanks Erick
  3. I am definitly going to see this one. Pitch Black was a kick ass unnoticed movie by most. The chronicles of Riddick has an accent of Enki Bilal in it's style and I've always been a fan of Bilal.
  4. HOLY SH_T !!! This is amazing. Let me guess this is a console game and it won't be made for PC right ? please say no.
  5. Last I read about the 1/60 GBP on some chinese site is that Yamato is still trying to find a supplier that can produce thicker sticker sheets. They also re-hired the backpack hinge engineer to redesign the chest missile bay doors.
  6. I think it looks better without a FP too. The fact that it is low visibility would imply, I guess, that it's primary use would be for atmospheric flight and combat anyways so the fastpack would not be required.

    Possible?

Back 10 hours later to see the status of this thread and I told ya right from the start. This topic is doomed...

    Possible?

OOOOpps, Why do I smell trouble ahead with this post ?

  10. I never noticed this thread before today... Graham started a Gundam thread, weird...I tought you hated gundam. Edit cause I called Graham "gundam", lol ! gotta stop putting rhum in my corn flakes in the morning I guess...
  11. I kill for a PG RGM-79 Powered GM. It would be an easy conversion to make for Bandai since most of the parts of the RX-78 could be used.
  12. I too am mostly fascinated by the engineering that goes behind these transforming toys. To make this perfect plane shape turn into this perfectly proportionate and realistic humanoid fighting machine is amazing to me. Human ingeniosity never ceases to amaze me and that's why I also collect automatic watches cause the mechanism is sooo complex and requires no batteries. The shows were good then, by today's standards I think they now lack finesse. I am quite happy that Macross Plus and Macross Zero came out because I feel they give back the letters of nobless to the Macross brand.
  13. Damn these look great, A lot better than the mickey mouse gloves that yamato put with the VF-1j. Please consider recasts.
  14. Looks like a transgenic experiment between a chicken and a blender to me... Never been a big fan of gelgoogs
  15. Ken can't be gay nor hetero as he has no genitals or butthole (beleive me, I saw pics...) Also, being the poorer spouse, he'll finally get half of the huge fortune Barbie made over he 40+ years of career, so he's not that stupid. Boy I should have been a lawyer...
  16. Now someone please explain why I was born in Canada, our TRU are soooo lame compared to this. On the other hand, I'd be poor as hell if I had this much choice here. I guess I'm just another member of the "unlucky spermatozoids club"
  17. I'm actualy almost done with Gundam seed and I must say I love it. Guess you can't go wrong with this one.
  18. Ali Sama, Please take your time when you type, then maybe we'll be able to understand your replies.
  19. Oh god thats good ! Thanks for the laughs
  20. Cool !!! I can now say I once die-casted my fist in the forehead of an ex-friend during a fight without people getting confused since it does not refer only to molded metal but could also be applied to anything molded such as bread, muffins, limb prostesis, ice cubes, Mrs Bush's hair, and all sorts of other things. Thanks for the semantic's class.
  21. Just printed a test page on 8.5 X 11 and it seems it will be more like 8-10 inches high as I compared with my Pallissade figure of the Zenith and the shoulders are way larger. I'll give it a try this weekend. Thanks for the cool link !
  22. I for one kinda feel let down for the past 6 months or so. The thing for me is not really the fact that the toys section for reviews hasn't been updated (significantly) for the past 6 months but I kind of resent all the teasing that has been going around in the past weeks. First, the teaser in the updates section promissing a kick ass update "Have a Gigantic update coming during the week of Christmas-you will not be disappointed!!" Then Graham's sig saying we're gonna see pictures in X days with a virtual countdown that kept us hoping for something to chew on. These two events go against the one only true things I like about this website, like the friendships that developed here over time, the trust between members, the affiliations that get created, the respect between long time members and all these good values that are transmitted here. These two unfulfilled "promises" from Shawn and Graham kinda go against the trust I have in them. I am certain there is excellent reasons for the updates and all the virtual good stuff no to be presented on this site. I am certain Graham and Shawn have many other important things to do in the non virtual world like to take care of their families and all these down to earth and necessary things, but please, out of respect for us friends and fans, please tell us why the updates are not here, whitout giving specific details, just be transparent and be assured that we will all understand as we have enormous respect and trust in you. The fact that you have been totaly mute following the provoqued hype is a bit sad to me. Please don't get me wrong, I appreciate the work both Shawn and Graham put in this site and forums, as a matter of fact, I'd be willing to pay a yearly fee to access it if this is what it took to keep it up. Please take this as a constructive comment from a true friend and fan. Thanks Erick
