Looking very nice! I usually try rocking it in place the first couple of times for that very reason. -
I'm thinking 1/60 Monster with transforming grab hands. No?

I love that SV-51 in gerwalk! So intimidating! -
Great ideas! If I knew how to design it in CAD I would make the boosters connect zero fast pack style with magnets ( extruded to fit magnet shape/size). For the wings I'd notch the wings to allow them only one way of travel and prevent them from drooping the other direction. I'd make the hinge so that it'd be able to move in/out of the fuselage a little. That way in fighter mode the wings would be flush to the fuselage with no signs of the hinge but when you want to fold the wings you just pull it out slightly then fold.

Whatever you do, don't look back at the last couple of pages. For now it's all nice and quiet and you don't wanna awaken the beast called "color choices" .

Sorry I'm getting more confused. We was talking about the leg fins being blue correct? Not the tailfins
-
Those are the parts breakdown plus the yetistand alpha base . Same setup except with a standard arm holding the VF-25. It's a custom mix of parts from Yetistand and the hardware store. Hex bolt size/type is in my yetistand gallery. The extra rubber washers would be the hardest to get if you don't have extra unused stands lying around. I must add that it has a very large area and putting them on might be a hassle if you don't put them on in a certain order as it wants to topple over because of the weight distribution.

I think it depends if it's DVD or Blu-ray.

The one holding the YF-21 looks like a yetistand. Follow the link in ChaoticYeti's sig on the bottom.

Thanks for the screenshots, very nice one on top I must say. I like to over-analyze things too as I got nothing better to do right now except sit and wait for more delicious pics of valks! I was showing screens that had some blue as someone asked why they would use blue anywhere on the VF-0A. I think that the whole blue/grey thing is confusing as the colors keep changing. They both look good to me. Here's another one with grey although it's shaded: Don't get me wrong as I was miffed on the color choice for the 0D when it came out. Who knows what Arcadia's thinking as the criteria for color selection. Edit: MacrossJunkie, is that from the Blu-ray? I wanna pick up a set.

I can see the fins but not the back of the legs. Crappy dull color tones from the episode during the fighting make it hard to tell. Tried to snap the pic but I'm to slow: Blue is definitely visible in this one: Now go with grey or differentiate yourself from the other version and go blue? Regardless, can't wait till release.

I believe jvmacross had pics posted earlier in this thread sometime around the beginning of this year of different gbp box arts. My memory is kinda fuzzy on that. Edit: Found it! From jvmacross: Gotta have one for each of these!!!

Sticker that came with it trimmed down. Both of them look lovely though I like that subtle look more. Can't wait to see the green version! Edit: did you get different colored lighting? -
Yes, the V1. Saburo was asking about the green colors on the V1 so I showed him pics of the V1. I should've been more clear. It's the same V1 but one under lights and one under ambient lighting to show the different variances of greens. Hopefully this release VF-27 will have a more uniform green color.

Here you go. You can see the different shades of green on the v1: A little harder to tell but it's there:

Yup. Especially compared to last year's prices. I would get it but that's just me. Sure there's Bandai's advance but I like the way this one looks more, especially the brown original colored one.

Did the Cavalier come with option parts? I thought it was a error that said it was included?
-
There is a custom one in the gallery. Look under 1/60 customs and the member was lordmasterprince. I believe it's a v.1

Very nice! And also a quick turnaround time for this one!

Anybody working on customs with this armor? Found a couple but would love to see it in the customs gallery.
