    For me it's a choice between a transforming valk, and cannon fodder destroids. Though I do love the 1/60 destroids, I only managed to snag a defender few months back...but with the current releases of Bandai and Yamato Valks, the destroids just have to wait....

    Off Topic: Rex is 1/48, GI Joe figs won't fit. Hey Archer, the MGS Rex is gonna fit fine beside my 1/48 Armored Roy Focker VF-1S! Anyways, just hope that by the end of the year, there are still reasonably priced VF-171 to be found...

    I have started building mine 2 weeks ago and still a lot to go....must have been the longest time I take to built a Gundam model, what with all the armor separations and panel lining. Even my PG GP01 did not take this long! Another reason is because I'm planning to clear coat the armors, I have to mask every little clear parts....phew!

    Why not do it the Hollywood way? Reboot the anime with current animation advancement, write better plot and script, and get hasbro to mass product the toylines! *jk, I know, but hey, it might work....

    A check with local (Malaysia) retailer kinda confirms the supply issue. They are bringing the VF-171 in, but dare not take any pre-orders, fearing they could not fulfil all customers.

    I have gotten lucky with VF-25S Renewal and YF-29, PO'ing them through Amiami at way below retail. My luck runs out with the VF-171 though......hehehe, have to place order with a local supplier at retail price. All things considered, I can still manage....

    hurmm....I really want to believe Bandai still has not updated their total allocation to the retailers yet...but recent experience with the SHF Kamen Riders says otherwise. Well, I guess if I miss this one, it will contribute to my 'Buy VF-4G' Trust Funds .
