NIce build, love the Koenig Monster. I remember along time ago when I first joined macrossworld there was someone trying to get enough people to start up a variable Koenig casting. Been too long to remember the details, but is this that project?

Every now and then you see a recast vf-2ss on ebay. Just so you know, the original canopy is NOT clear. It is for some reason a hazy color, I forgot the company but they made nice clear canopies, I believe they were from Australia. Just out of curiosity I looked around for a recast of the vf-2ss but couldn't find any.

Are the VF-1 Valkyries the same as the Yamato ones or are these a different sculpt?

Hi, I remember when these were first produced there was something wrong with the legs/hips, making them a bit fragile. They corrected it in the Super/Strike Battroids, but did they go back and correct it in the armor less version? Thanks http://www.hlj.com/product/HSG10/Sci

I'm probably alone in my thinking, but the frontier valks remind me of the metal siren from Macross II

Everyone seems to be plucking the 6" SandTrooper from shelves.....everything else left on the shelves for the most part. And those ridiculous 5 points of articulation figures are an abomination that should be in the garbage. Also not happy that the 3 3/4 articulated figures are $10 each.

hi guys, Hope it is ok to open this topic here on the forums, I know its not macros or anime related. I have come to respect and appreciate these forums for knowledge and enthusiasm you guys have. I am hoping some of you also can help educate me on football cards. I want to collect my favorite team and several other stars from different teams. What I am having trouble with is identifying which lines of football cards to collect. I am not just looking at this as a new hobby, but a fun investment as well. I learned the hard way that cards from Target and Walmart are worth peanuts. What I would like to know is which ones are best to collect and where could I get them (I would like to buy a box or two)? I was thinking of getting Topps Finest Football cards, but other than ebay have no clue where to get them. Any help much appreciated.

Hoping you would do the photo etch parts....would really add to the upgrade you did. But looking forward if you decide to do more, like Black Aces.

Aw ok thanks for the info. When I used to collect them, they would have long periods in between where it looked like the line was dead. Which in turn caused prices for the toy to climb on ebay. Then for some unknown reason they would be made available again because of there affordability, people would then purchase them. By the sounds of it, you are probably right that its now dead in favor of the Robot Damashii. The toys look pretty good though, thanks for the link!

Hi, Was just looking around and couldn't find these on hlj or other online shops at decent prices. Does anyone know If this line of toys is canceled or just temporary unavailable? I know Fix Figuration is a step up from these, but they are too expensive for me to collect. Thanks for the help.

Hi, Was gauging interest in my Charaworks 1/144 Volume 1 unopened box of Valks. Need to clear some space and since I already have a small collection of opened ones, these are up for sale. The only place I saw these were on evil bay and that listing wanted $125. I was thinking $75 + shipping for mine. Anyone interested?

Hi was just wondering if anyone was going and if there were going to be any macross goodies. I saw a star wars figure I would really like to get as well. Oh....I was told not to use Automotive Primers, especially the sandable types cause it would go on too thick. Is there a particular one to get? Though from the questions I've asked on the other boards Mr. Surfacer seems to be the universal answer. Was just curious, I came across a product called "Montana cans" its designed for artists. Has anyone used that?

Was gonna be painting up some resin miniatures, Warhammer 40K and a Macross GBP kit. Was wondering what is the best primer to get for these that will not be harsh on the details of the resin kits and miniatures. I have a primer for plastic will that work on the resin? Thanks for the help.

Since this Valk is going to be released by Arcadia, what are the chances they continue with 1/60 valks? Just wanted to get opinions cause I didn't want to panic buy one.
