I feel like a monkey when I'm reading your posts.

Awesome! I've never seen one with the hard top like that. Or those fender flares. Is that "normal"? Or a special model? Miata's are an absolute blast to drive! My Mom had 4-5 of them in a row (company cars). The firs time I drove one I had it drifting through corners in about 5min. They just beg to be driven HARD. They're so balanced, telepathic and "chuckable" it's amazing. If I wasn't such a stupid HP junkie I'd have one. But I'm not that smart.

I ran into a stupid good deal on a Countach in 2002 and like a dummy passed it up. I would either have a super cool old super car right now. Or the stupid money that they're selling for. I really need to fix my crystal ball.

I'll be using this one in a DX Roy with TV Supers.

I'd really like some Fast Packs for my M&M's. No way I'm ever going to have the time to paint match some. I wonder if @DYRL VF-1S's guy who did his 1D would/can do some??? I'm out of space for Chunkies. I've got the Skull Squad (some customs). I'd actually like to have the Vermillion Squad/SDFM lineup. That would mean a custom 1A Max and Kakizaki. I may check with @DYRL VF-1S's guy and see what hye can do. Then sell off my Skull Squad stuff.

Holy smokes @Keith. Just when I think I'm getting a handle on Evangelion you shatter that by taking it 10x deeper. Hopefully after watching them a few more times and reading your stuff I will eventually understand.

Anno was near suicidal when he did the first ending. It shows. As far as "different" endings..................isn't there the theory that they're two different stories because the same thing keeps happening over and over again? Like The Matrix.

After reading some "Wiki" Fandom type stuff to get a better idea of the "reality" of things they make a lot more sense to me now. That said, The endings are pretty bat crap out there. A whole lot of "WTH is going on now". LOL! I liked the Rebuild ending. I liked that Shinji got his dad issues figured out, he was happy, he completed the "hero's journey".......and ended up with the smokin hottie with the big boobs (her words) and glasses. As a person who trends toward navalistic and has worse than abandonment issues with my dad I found the ending ......maybe hopeful is the best word. Maybe some day I can be happy. I hope that wasn't an over share.

I've had more than a few damaged that were packed this way from AmazonJP

@LUNA PARK I really do feel for what you have to solve. I've had to "design" (pick the right stuff) all of the packaging for the stuff I manufacture. It's not easy. It gets very expensive very fast so you have to find that happy medium of safe enough but not overly safe. If you whittle the packaging down to be as inexpensive as possible (and keep the box sizes small so shipping costs don't go up) you will have some failures you need to eat. Then you decide if it's less expensive to eat let's say one out of one hundred that gets damaged, or to beef up the packaging. Proper packaging and the infrastructure to support it doesn't happen over night. Well, that is unless you want to spend a TON of money. Pretty much anything can be solved with chunks of money. I think the best packaging I have seen come my way from Asia is from Mandrake. Those boxes are super thick and "spongy". I've never seen them anywhere else. They must be spending a ton of money on that packing paper. That stuff gets really expensive really fast and it takes up a ton of room. I bought a machine that makes the air filled "packing pillows". One of the best investments I have made. Something like that with those plastic corner protectors would go a long way to all but eliminating damage.

Does anyone know if the Medicom RAH Unit 01 Awakening was some sort of limited edition or something? Holy smokes, It's $1800 on Mandy! And Mandy prices are pretty representative of the market. I hope they re-issue like they did with the 01 and 13,

The Alien/Predator/Aliens vs. Predator Thread
sqidd replied to VT 1010's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
All he had to do was get his Federal Tax stamp and he could have made that a legal functional gun. Waaaaaaaaaaaaay cooler! He says he estimates it at $1000. I'd give him $2000 to build me one tomorrow. I'd pay the $200 and get my BATF tax stamp though so it could really shoot. -
So much this. It's been beat to death. Disney will milk it until it loses money though. And then throw good money after bad for a while. Then they will go and buy another IP and ruin it.

My favorite too. Not that I didn't like others though. Iron Man 1, Infinity War, Guardians 1, All of the Captain America's, Ant Man 1, The magic Benedict Cumbersnatch one.......that's all I can think of off the top of my head.

It's not linear. Some sizes are less expensive DHL and others EMS. On average it seems like the bigger the box gets the more expensive DHL is. I just got a Bandai Spirits EVA out of Mandy that was quite a bit less going DHL. I am looking at a Yamato 1/48 VF-1S Weathering and EMS is less expensive for that.

This has nothing to do with people with no risk telling ones with some to "chill out". Everyone here understands exactly why people are feeling the way they do. Just about everything in the world is arriving really slow..........or not at all. It's the new normal.

Um, yeah. I predict that everyone excluding the die hard fans are going to look at End Game as the last good MCU movie (for me it's Infinity War, End Game sucked hard). The junk they're bringing out now does absolutely nothing for me.
