  1. That's why this board is nice to hang out on. It's not like the rest of the interwebs...........................................thank goodness.
  2. I thought he was inferring he saw the show???? I've seen the trailer.
  3. How were you measuring body fat? DEXA scan? If not, the numbers you have are useless. And there are still variables in play that will swing that percentage a lot. The percentages can be very misleading. If you don't have the actual weight of the fat before and after you don't have anything resembling a result. The only way to get that data is with a DEXA scan. At 190lb I can swing my weight 9-10lb in a single 24 period by adding glycogen, salt and water. It all sits in the muscles. So it is muscle mass. It is not lean mass though. If you weren't a newbie you can't put that much muscle mass on that fast without drugs or you were that big in the past and are bulking back up. Muscle memory is a real thing. Every summer I lose between 13-15lb of lean muscle mass when I stop lifting and start cycling. When winter comes around again I put that 13-15lb of lean muscle mass back on in 4-6 weeks. That's all due to muscle memory. Building that much lean mass from nothing is a completely different proposition. It can't be done unless you/someone is the 1% of 1% of genetic outliers. The gains in lean mass you're talking about are hard to attain with a massive stack of drugs and a perfect diet/training protocol. I believe you believe you. What I'm suggesting is you don't understand all of the variables. You don't understand how hard it is for a human to fluctuate that much in lean mass over that period of time (borderline impossible without muscle memory or drugs in your corner). And I don't think you have the data to back up your claims. Which you would have if those claims were real. There is no way to achieve borderline impossible results without having your program dialed in really tight. At that level of attention you don't forget about the details. I would go as far as to say anyone who is making those sorts of gains has all of that information in a notebook somewhere. -How many calories where you eating per day? -What was your fat mass before and after? Need a Dexa Scan for this data. -What was your lean tissue mass before and after (equalized for hydration)? Need a Dexa Scan or dunk tank for this data. -How much did you weigh every morning when you woke up? You should have two months worth of results. If you do not track your weight every single morning under the exact same conditions you don't know how much you weigh. There is a massive fluctuation from day to day. My biggest has been 10lb. It's frequently 3-4lb. The margin of error is huge. That's why you need so many data points. -And where is the pic of you at 7.9% BF? I don't believe for one second that anyone who makes that much progress doesn't have pics. Post it/them up. I'm curious if what you're calling 7.9% is anything near that. I'm not calling you a liar. I'm saying that you do not posses the information needed to accurately make the claims you're making. I'E. I don't think you have accounted for all of the variables. I travel in some very serious bodybuilding/power-lifting circles. No one in those circles would believe your claims. Lastly, do I sound like someone who doesn't have a really good grasp of this subject? You're not talking to some ignorant basement dweller. You're talking to someone who takes everything to the absolute limit. In this case it's about absorbing as much knowledge as can be found, testing for nearly a decade on myself and others while also having the ear of some of the big names in the business.....a few of which have LITERALLY written the book.
  4. We're you referring to the segment on pulling water? Or did I miss something about putting lean mass on? I don't have time ATM to scroll through the entire things.

    BANDAI DX YF-19!!

This is what I was trying to get to earlier but lack of sleep/coffee makes thinking hard.
  6. How were you watching this? I can't find it on NF. Thanks

Sand paper and lube. Or maybe "polish" the ball with a Dremel There may be just one spot where it's too tight. Look for that. The production method used on those parts doesn't leave much room for variability. You're probably looking for a small defect opposed to the entire part being sized incorrectly.
  8. There is a George Carlin joke in there.
  9. Must......resist I'm actually getting to a good point of forced regulation. I don't have much room left to display stuff the way I like to display it. I've slowed way down and even sold a few things that don't excite me a lot. I think I'm "safe" until I get a bigger house. Which won't be for at least 3-4yrs. Then all bets are off. Right now I'm only on the look out for a few things: -Yamato 1/48 Stealth S&S parts x2 -Yamato 1/48 Low Vis x1 -A good Chunky Monkey VF-1S Roy with Supers. Maybe x2. -DX YF-19 Full Set for a reasonable price. Anxiously awaiting: DX Roy DX 21
  10. That's/those are the Toynami/Aoshima. I didn't feel like waiting for years until maybe Evolution comes out with a Tread. And I'm never going to transform these so I'm not too worried about the quality. I paid a few more dollars than $50 for them. They cost me less than a Evolution combo will come to though. They were both MISB. I wasn't taking a huge risk. The way my Karma works Evolution will release pics of a Tread tomorrow. You're welcome. I have a Evolution Legoiss on PO to display in Soldier mode. That shelf is going to be pretty busy/full.
  11. Holy smokes! You guys weren't kidding. The Legioss/Tread is HUGE! I definitely don't need two of these. I take back everything I said about the Evolution Legioss being too small. Time to get the 1/10 Ride Armors on a YetiStand. I made some adapters. Now to fiddle with them a bit.

  14. My second Matchbox SDF-1 showed up. I had one before that I never un-boxed and decided I didn't have the room to display it so it was sold. Then I regretted it. So, here is my second one. Unfortunately not as mint as the first one. It's not bad though. Replacement cannons should be here today and fresh decals soon. Looks pretty good hanging out with the HMR fleet! Bet seriously Arcadia. Where is my PF TV SDF-1!
  15. I like the DD Arcadia SV-51. I got a couple because I did not have Yamato copies. When/if Arcadia releases a Nora there is no way I will be replacing the Yamato ones I have with Arcadia units. The difference is so small between the two it's not worth it in any way.

  18. Loved it. Zima Blue was my favorite because it had such a great message that I think most people (most people being unhappy) need to understand. That message being that all the trappings of what is considered contemporary success (lots of money, travel, power, possessions, fame, etc) may not be the building blocks of happiness. Maybe true happiness is the lack of those things. Or somewhere on the scale between them. IMO closer to the "lack of things" end of the spectrum is where happiness lies.
  19. Lucky me I have a good connection. The company does all of the stuff for Ford Performance (GT350, GT500, Raptor, etc). My BF is a project head at Ford Performance. He got me hooked up and they were going to draft the mold design as part of the 25K. Because yeah, I would not be capable of drawing that correctly first shot out. Too many variables I have no experience with.
