I guess I got two perfect ones I don't want to start a debate but both my YF-19 transform smoothly. I have no problem pulling and sliding the neck section. I can't understand how people are claiming it's the worst toy ever. I'm not advertising for Yamato but seriously, I can't label this toy as a POS I do find the crooked gunpod and the rear landing gears annoying but it's minor for me.

It's a common flaw to many of the Hikaru's VF-1S reissues. Happened the same to me. With the support piece you should be fine

Bought my 1/48's since day one and no yellowing at all!!! The only Yamato that has some yellowing is my 1/60 Hikaru, but only the srew covers, hands and nose plug (they're from a different plastic). All the others are ok (started mty collection december 2001).

I like what I see. I'm getting them but will pay HK prices

I'll edit my post again in case the shoulder is the problem!! You have to disassemble the shoulder and put a light coat of nailpolish over the balljoint with a brush. Let it dry at least 12 hours before re-assembling. It's a simple and quick fix!!

The SW-XA1 Schneeblume is my favorite VF. It's the updated and modern VF-1 version. The YF-21 is a close second

One tiny stress mark on one of the internal grey blocks on one of my YF-19's (got two). Received them 28/12/06. Transformed both a lot of times. Everything seems fine

By wednesday I should receive my first PG kit I bought the RX-178 Mk II Titans version. I've only build the MG Excess Gundam and MD Fazz. Is there anything I should take into account when building this kit? Some steps I should be careful? Potential weak parts? Any input is greately appreciated!!! With more than 750 parts I guess I'll have a fun time building it

Yeah maybe my wording was wrong I agree 100% with the warnings. I blame the brute force Yamato "made us use" because of the design. How much force is required? We don't really know. Again I want all members to enjoy their YF-19's and not leave them in fighter mode because they fear to break it

You are totally right about the VF-0A/S shoulders!!! I was talking about the YF-19, and I said "we" meaning all of us A few pages back the YF-19 was the best toy, and now people are afraid to transform it. That's why I said we are exaggerating. People should try to transform and not panic. Yamato designed a transformation process that relies on brute force and I think that in some cases we are applying to much of it The YF-19 is a great toy, both of mine survived many transformations this last three weeks.
