  1. Great castings Admiral errr Captn'
  2. I didn't note you wrote "more the then" I just wanted to stress that I actually like the model more THAN the DX Replying at Work and English not being my first language don't mix well!!!
  3. I actually like the model more than the DX version
  4. Thanks for the pics Swoosh, should have mine in a few days!!!
  5. First option 1/60 YF-21, then v2 1/60 VF-1S
  6. You're right, how could I missed that There's no way to extend the hinge of the canopy further back. The flat chesplate only covers the back of the fuselage
  7. Right on!!! And since the chestplate is straight at the top there is still more room to make the canopy longer. With all it's flaws, the v1 1/60 VF-1D did quite alright with the canopy. I studied the pics and the v2 1/60 VF-1D canopy IS longer than the VF-1S but not by much. 3 more millimeters is what it needs
  8. After almost a month of repeated transformations and posing they're holding up very well!!! I make sure to hold the hinges when I'm posing the arms
  9. I really like the interpretation of the 1/72 kit, better than the 1/60 but that's just my opinion
  10. Simply brilliant!!!
  11. Ouch!! Damn hackers, whats the use to attack a forum
  12. YF-21!!!!
  13. I've just checked mine. I said it was perfectly straight, but the right skull is a bit off. I have a very critical eye but since it's not that off it doesn't bother me
  14. I'll try to post some pics of mine The skulls on mine are perfectly straight. I really can't tell if there's any difference!!
  15. Pass me the matches and the gasoline
  16. Thanks for the info Graham
  17. I'm heading to the Monkey forum!!!
  18. Count me in
  19. Cool, I'm still hoping for a VF-X2 1/60 YF-19 Ravens!!
  20. Great review as usual!!!
  21. Looking really good ron!!!
  22. I think I'll shave off a bit of the rear view mirrors to prevent the cockpit from rubbing against them Thanks for the tip though, but I kinda like the rainbow effect!
  23. Today I took my chance and tried to make it pop out but I couldn't. I was using a lot of force and it didn't bend so I stopped before breaking it. Trust me, I put it under more pressure than it actually is, so we should be safe The new Fast Pack attachment prevents the backpack from flipping down, so if the lock hinge does break, it will only cause trouble for a fastpack-less valk!!!
