Overtime, any toy or figure for that matter that needs friendly-fiddling, will still become loose. Do note that some members here pointed out that their toy left unmoved for months and when they moved it, some joints or hinges are loose. It's more of a question of how frequent you're going to touch, transform, and play with your 'toy'. If you want something beyond your reach let's say working table, and want to play a little bit, then go with the HM-R. If you want something bigger and have shelf prescence then go with the DX/Yamarcadia. At the end of the day, next question will be is how much budget you have to invest on which line.

Hey kajnrig. Thanks for the reply, sir! Well, it's more like 'mimicing' for sure. Because I kinda like how the 1/48 looks like with all the decals on it. And this is just what I saw online. But I just don't want too overpowering. Like I said earlier, I'm sure that when I mimic the one from 1/72, I know that it will look less. So probably toying around kind of less than what the 1/48 is. But still in par on that level for the overall look. What I plan is scanning the decal and rescale it to 1/60. Or probably edit more while eyeballing it to the 1/60. Coz I'm sure resizing it as a whole to 1/60 will still have one or two decal that's going to be big or small for some certain 1/60 parts. Anyways, I hope you understand what I'm trying to say and trying to accomplish. On that note, is there someone here willing to email me a highres scan of that Hasegawa 1/48 VF-1S Hikaru decal sheet in 100% 600dpi? Along with the decal instruction sheet?

Hey guys. I don't want to create a new thread just to ask question and since this is still a question regarding a 1/48 VF-1, I rather post it here. If I were to use a Hasegawa decal as a guide for a 1/60 VF-1S for a future project, which one do you prefer to have it on your Arcadia 1/60 VF-1S Hikaru? The ones from 1/48 or 1/72? Just so you know, I'm not gonna use the actual decals from both scale kits. But it's more like copying what it has on the kits onto the 1/60. I kind of like what I'm seeing on the 1/48 decals just by basing it on the official online photos but I don't want to look too much on the 1/60. Whereas when I checked the 1/72 one, it felt like it's less decal for a 1/60. Was it confusing? But anyways, I just like to have somehow an 'ultimate' VF-1S Hikaru that can still transform once in awhile since I don't have mad skills like some of you guys here when it comes on building kits. But ofcourse, someday I still like to own my own 1/48 VF-1S Hikaru. Looking forward to your comments and feedbacks. Thanks in advance!

I might use some shop to have them print it. It's quite of expensive as long that I get to fit everything in their required size, then I can put other decals to use. But as of now, I rather have a digital file of it so it's ready whenever I'm ready to have it print. -
Thanks sh9000! Let's share the photos here directly, shall we. Tampo looks nice overall. I know this is just a sample for Forbes to review but still it feels like a little short for what it's offering. Like the leg fins should have small '001' too, right? Guess I just have to buy a 1/48 Hasegawa kit and and scan the decal sheet. That one has more decals IMHO for this one to be called Premium Finish. I think seeing that AmiAmi and some shops have the Messer's 31F PO popping up, for sure Mirage's 31C will pop up soon after the PO date and days before the actual release. But be prepared also to pay the actual MSRP instead after the initial PO date.

Funny. It's kind of like déja vu. Bryan Singer made hit with X-Men. Warner snatch Singer to do Superman Returns. Joss Whedon made a global hit on Avengers (another Marvel franchise). And now here's Warner again snatching someone from the other camp to do something for them. Hopefully Whedon will pull this off compared to Singer.

You're not alone, sir. I'm more of a Red person. I just wish they will release extra heads for it to mix and match. Mirage is 31C and not 31F. Messer is 31F. Reina will be with Chuck and Kaname is with Messer. Mikumo is with Arad's 31S. And Freyja is already included with Hayate's 31J.

I have to agree on that Monster. We'll see sir. We'll see. No worries on the HM-R VF-4 and VF-2SS. That's already part of my plan. But no plans on the regular VF-1's. I already have enough VF-1's in 1/60 so I'm already good on that. And if I do get one VF-1, it will be Hikaru's but seeing how much that one going nowadays, I'll just let it pass. I'll reconsider that thought.

Hahaha! Thanks guys for the encouragement and for luring me to the Dark Side. But I don't have plans on getting the Valks from this line though if ever I pursue this Macross HMR's. It's just the Destroids that I'm considering.
