I know perhaps Yamato is more secretive and such but things are coming out of nowhere, from the sudden preorder liosting fpor the YF19Fp in july to the Vf-0 prototype which according to you was started on and would be finished in a month or 2....you siad this last febuary i believe and it is almost a year. Now knowing that yamato must be done with at least a VF-0A prototype. Can you give us ANY VF-0 news? I can wait for the rtussian vVF but come on I want me some VCF-0!!

i acutlaly would want a VF-1A max type Tv VF1A but i tink i made a poll about that a few months back. then i made on about lo vz Vf1D. didnt make one about max and milia since i think eventually they will be released.

I was thinking what if yamato made a NON limited low viz version and make it a Vf-1J? the Vf-1J mold is already done so they could use that, pack it with new hand set, give it new tail decals, paint everything on, and voila!!! anyways lets say they just gave us differnt squad decals and made it a low viz 1J would you buy? after all the first was limited and sold real well. not to mention almost all of you love the VF-1J i was thining for a tail decal inverse skull...like black skull on grey background

come on guys aside form the misnaming it wasnt that bad of a review. he didnt ride on some flaw and make a big deal about it and say it was wfragile as glass. he only pointe dout one fragile aprt and that was iut. maybe hes not too informed about it but for a review it was decent.

lets see how the Yf1R toynami sells in comparison. anywyas i didnt think the review was that bad hes obviously a fan who didnt get into the japanese macross series too muchn. asiude from labeling mistakes and prices and accuracy of measurements his review wasnt too bad guys. read his mpc armor review its good too he points out its flaws without dick riding like some trolls on this board.

The toynami alpha LOOKS nice but whether its quality is NICE is in quetion. MPc quality did not pick up full speed till max came out. uh we WISH japan could only do this? Since when did japan start to suck at toy engineering? The onlyl reason japan CANT do this is because toynami has the international license for the alphas. Toynami got showed up when the 1/48 came out and has yet to outdo anyone in terms of valkyrie aesthetic and detailing and PRICE. There's something that Drifand and some others said on the older boards that I tend to do as well... WAIT AND SEE what problems the initial releases have THEN wait to see if there is a rerelease with improvements. if so, save money to get the reissue. If not buy it if you really want it. No point in whining. This is something us macross lovers have learned to do with yamato. Everything tgets fixed later down the line. The early first releases are guinea pigs for quzlity. for yamato its a wait and see THEN buy approach. One good thing about these boards is that so many people complain and people like me read these complaints and WAIT before we buy it.

I don't think he dropped the hatching, rqather he found a great balance. He still does it but now he does a lot of black ink shading which i think is excellent

Though I love how most of the details are painted on the MPC and how its /55 scale. the weak racheti9ng and the ass tilted up duck ass fighter mode combined with the fact that it cant swing its wings back in battroid holding missles really pisses me off. HCm is a legend on its own. Now lets see bandai reissue its tiny ass back into our hands yes i like the idea of a 1.72 VF-1 jsut for the novelty of it having good enginnerring bite i mean in a small size. MPC is good toy overall. but lacking in many respects. I now think that other than aesthetics for decals and paint, the HCm is the SUPERIOR toy.
