  1. I knew Kicker owns a toy store but didn't his collection was that big. Talking about an obsession LOL
  2. I have no desire to get any variant of the VF19 at all. Not interested in the Fire valk or the 19S. The 19S does look great in battroid mode and very accurate. Yamato should be able to make a fantastic looking YF-19 with all the lessons learned from these models. Waiting patiently for this future release.
  3. So far the most detailed 3D model VF-1 i have ever seen. Awesome man
  4. Great video and pics Love the Lego models too.,
  5. I like the Millia VF-11 more than the C version. Already got the VF-11B, wouldn't mind to get the red paint scheme as well if Yamato decide to release it.
  6. They are supposed to look that fat with the triangular design.
  7. He still has the $1 china town bootleg, You might wanna buy it from him
  8. That's a very pretty resin kit. To find out about the scale of this kit, the length of the plane is 10.80 meters, measure the length of your kit and there you have it. Speaking of drones, are there even any interest in this one? http://www.macross2....f-11-target.htm They were easily slaughtered by the X-9
  9. A Yamato 1/60 X-9 is on my wishlist. But not willing to pay for it if it is gonna cost me $100.
  10. Don't think anyone has any information about that dark bird. It only appeared for a second in fighter mode on episode 5. How big are the chances Yamato will release that one? lol
  11. Luckily i've dodged loads of bullets. Never had any Macross toys back in the 80's, didn't get any 1/72 or other scales models and even skipped the first release of the 1/60 YF-19. I never expected that in the year 2006/2007 collectors would be getting rubbish plastics when they pay > $200 for it. Still Yamato learned a lot these past few years and quality and articulation seemed to be improving. I still have hope for the ehm "perfect" 19
  12. Same here, never owned a YF-19 before because of the many issues it had like the crooked gunpod alignment. A revision improved some of the issues but then there's no lock on the chest, the gullet design. Now there's even the arm issue disintegrating before your eyes. Hell yea it's about time Yamato starts to release a perfect 1/60 YF-19 that could age well compared to the 11 and 21. Hopefully we can see a new version in 2-3 years if they decide to release other models first.
  13. holy mother of god Graham you better report this to Yamato that several members has had this disintegrated arms falling off. Even more a reason for Yamato to release a new 1/60 YF-19 with improved arm design and using better materials. Perhaps this is some kind of a curse for tearing the YF-21's arm in one of the fight scenes.
  14. There's always your last valk when you go broke that is
  15. Just checked out Falcon Gunner. Kinda cool to be able to program augmented reality but don't like it. Maybe a top down shooter with a circular cursor on the bottom left and the fire buttons on the right side.
  16. Very nice paint job, love the shot including the base.
  17. Just felt re watching the serie, today finished watching virgin road. Like the wedding ceremony pose.
  18. Why should the 19 have the same size as the Fire Valkyrie in battroid mode? 2 Different models from two different series. Doesn't make sense to me to make it shorter than the 21.
  19. Using toys as investment is a bad way to "collect" toys. Toys will always decrease in value after some time has passed. Might as well just collect stamps or art. Some collectors will sell the toys due to lack of space or they need the money for the next toy. Last year i saw the 1/72 YF-19 and the 21 at a shop selling them very expensive. I seriously doubt anyone would pay a huge sum for those when you can get the prettier 1/60 models. Just because they are very rare now doesn't mean they are worth that much.
