  1. since my hinge broke and I'm currently waiting for my over drive replacement that are stuck in customs for eternity, I've been manhandling and transforming the hell out of my VF-1S Roy and the hip joints have become a bit loose, it still stands with no problem, but I'd like them to be tighter, any ideas on how to tighten this?? I tryed tightening the screw near it like the YF-19 trick but it's not the same...
  2. in DYRL Max's 1S heatshield is black but blue on his 1A that last image is from Macross 7
  3. INDEED!! the Blazer battroid is uber cool! sadly I agree, BanDai will take the most advantage of the Frontier cow and release their anorexic valks first before interesting stuff like the VF-4 and other obscure valks
  4. I hate putting those NO STEP stickers and gave up on stickering my yamato valks after the VF-0S I feel you, kinda sucks all the time you invest in carefully taking the stickers/not loosing them/putting them on the valk for them to not show properly and MacrossJunkie that panel lines 21 looks good! I don't enjoy tampering with the toys but I'll have to give it a try since it does makes it look tons better
  5. Hello...I need some help I'm trying to install for my brother an Apple LCD 20" Cinema Display for use with an acer laptop he has, I don't know crap about apple so I don't know what exactly is need it and if it's even possible, so bear with me I've search the web and all I could find was that the apple LCD most connect it's a DVI, USB and fireware to for it to display the image to other apple computers I got a DVI/VGA Adaptor to connect to the laptop but of course the image won't show, I haven't found anything on the web on trying to make this suceed if posible, is there a software needed for the laptop to recognize the USB and what will I do with the fireware connection? help

meh...unimpressed..so, when is the clear flexistand 2.0 gonna get released?
  9. hmm...I bet the VF-25 will be change to look like the DX so this time it will be anime accurate
  10. wow, that's a damn good job! I'm speechless, you've outdone yourself again and I agree with you, the glossy finish looks amazing!
  11. Grandioso! para ser la primera vez haciendole el desgaste te quedo perfecto!
  12. didn't kakizaki had paler blue stripes on his helmet instead of green?
  13. someone mentioned that Yamato seems to be releasing valks accoring to their respective pilot..as in first came roy, then all the valks piloted by Hikaru and now they are coming to release the valks piloted by Max, so when it's Kakizakis turn he'll get his two valks...
  14. I did do a wash method but the panel lines are very very thin...not impossible I eventually did it, but since I'm used to deeper panel lines in models I guess I was being a bit rough on this
  15. Hey Valar, good stuff, pretty neat, coming out very well... I was wondering, did yo had any problems panel lining since those panel lines are so freaking thin, I'm currently on the process of panel lining and weathering mine and it was a pain to panel line those thing, they kept rubbing off I don't think anyone has recasted a TV pilot or hands for this yet, why do you need DYRL hands if this is a TV custom?? anyway, you might get more help in the 'Building/Customizing Macross Models & Toys ' part of the forum
  16. it's the best valk Yamato has produced after the 1/48, no flaws and beautiful it's certainly worth it every penny...
  17. wait...just remembered... uhhh.....
  18. ok, that's it... thanks for looking and excuse my crappy picture... bye!
  19. final pics...some weird close ups
  20. Sadly the kit isn't good for posing, this is the most I could do with it...
  21. ok, end of the week and I'm done with the VF-19, so to summarize, this I what did the kit was originally a VF-19 Kai Basara, I modded the head and shoulders into the VF-19S type, did from scratch the gunpod and painted in the blue blazer scheme from Macross7 I decided to go with white panel lining to make them highlight more in contrast with the blue and applied a flat coat on the kit to give it a more dramatic look, well, thanks everyone for their kind words and encouragement, hope you enjoy the pics
