    the "modeler's" knife is the the closest equivelent to an X-acto knife with the standard #11 blade. the design knife has smaller, blade for doing even more precise work.

    I've got a 17in HP dv7 and it matches your discription pretty well. When I bought it my requirements where about the same (full keyboard+number pad, good for photo editing and sub $1000 price point plus a minimum 500GB HDD and a blu-ray player.) and I've been pretty happy with it. Mine cost about $750 when I bought it over a year ago, and I've seen newer models recently with better processors and more ram for about the same price.

    It would sertainly be doable but what would be the point? Yamato's already done the definateve SDF-1 kit in 1/2000 and 1/3000. Maybe if it was the SDF:M version; but I'd question if such an undertaking would even be worth the time, money and effort on the part of whoever was putting it together.

    They look like those old discgear CD cases that had a little slider in the lid that grabbed the disc you wanted. I haven't seen those things in years. Sometimes I really miss physical media and all the goofy crap that went with it.

    last I heard was that Soundwave and Que in movie colors are the last wave of DotM, then Movie Trilogy starts with redecos of Nitro bumblebee (into another yellow bumblebee), ratchet (G1 colors), soundwave (sort of soundblaster colors) and Wheeljack (G1 colors with G1 head).

    Honestly, I've only seen about about two thirds of 00's first season (I got up to a couple episodes after they introduce the thone gundams), but from what I did see of the polt it's basically Gundam Wing with Newtypes.

    MP-10 retails for about $285 before shipping. I think you're getting a better deal on this guy even if it is $500.

    We'll know when the pre-order date is when they announce it on their production blog and the countdown widget goes up, they like to give about 1~2 weeks notice. You'll need an account on bambaland but you can set it up at checkout. (I'm assuming this guy will be a standard 24 hour release so you'll have time to do that). btw, word from Ash is that price will be under $500.

    Either way, I'm fine with that. I Just bought an S.H. Figuarts Shinken Red at Toys R' Us today, and the sooner I can do that again with Gokaiger figures the better.
