    I guess it kind of makes sense since Banshee is always more expensive than the base Unicorn in every line for some reason. apparently the arm weapons add a bunch to the final cost.

    had it set as private warehouse when I ordered then changed it to ship when available a day or two later. I've done that before and it's never messed things up. looking back at my bast orders they always set out an email saying payment received the same day my account activity showed Payment for Invoice #xxxxxxxxxx I think tomorrow I'm going to send them and email and ask if there having any trouble with the credit card.

    this is honestly kind of weird to me. I had no idea there was significant demand for high end Lost Planet toys but apparently there is because last month 3A put up for pre-order a Lost Panet 2 mercenary figure almost out of nowhere http://www.threeaonline.com/blog/?p=5350 as well as previewed a couple mech suits they planned to release latter this year in 1/12 scale. http://www.threeaonline.com/blog/?p=5330 IIRC 3.75 inch figures are 1/18 scale, correct?

    I really don't mind waiting a few days for stuff to process and ship, it's mostly that I still haven't received a final invoice with shipping charge yet and I haven't seen any activity on my credit card either. I'm hopping that they're just being slow to pack the box and haven't actually figured out the shipping total yet.

    Normally I use a Paypal billing agreement too, but this time I payed by credit card. I'm hoping that didn't screw it up.

    Has anyone who ordered their VF-25F from HLJ while it was listed as august restock have theirs ship yet? mines been saying "This order has begun shipment processing" for several days now and my most recent account activity says "Payment for Invoice" since Monday but I've yet to receive an invoice email.

    I think it's the whole giant monsters sent by aliens trying to wipe out all life on earth; but because their arrivals are so evenly spaced out and conveniently predictable that it's possible to fight them with strategically deployed giant robots that cost more than the GDP of some countries which are inexplicably most effective at fighting said monsters when they're using knives and fists.

    totally off topic but I think I would have preferred it if 3A had passed on the light up gimmicks and instead included additional accessories with their Halo figures. in general I think lights and sounds are cool, but when I'm looking at a figure where light/sound gimmicks aren't the primary draw there pretty low on my priority list behind detail, accessories, pose-ability and materials.

    here's a thought: the original Roy VF-1S v2 was 9800 yen retail. the Arcadia re-issue is 16,800 yen. that's a bit over a 70% increase in price. so given the VF-19's 22,000 yen retail price it could very well be as high as 37,400 yen.

I mean, even though I've built Hase and Academy kits before and still prefer Bandai Decals based on personal experience, you clearly know everything there is to know about everything and You're opinion obviously overrides my worthless plebeian tastes. Thank you for showing me the error of my ways, oh kind and merciful model god.

    I think you're right on the reasoning too, you can see how close that part of the fin is to the heel and the ground in that same picture.

    I keep all my stuff in my room and lock the door. Of course with given the state of my room and the contents of the collections, what people think about the transforming robots is the lowest on the list of reasons why.

    Mine's the same. it also says invoice paid as of today. :Edit: I'm not sure, but I think HLJ ships stuff out on Mondays and Wednesdays (and possibly Fridays).

    Notice how none of the pictures show the leading edge of the wing in high speed mode? I bet there's a hollow cavity or track they're not showing.
