    Unicorn was written after F91 and Victory so it would have no actual effect on the later stories. No matter what happened in Unicorn it wouldn't change what we already have. Now lets just imagine production order doesn't matter, what did Unicorn accomplish? Nothing really, Zeon is still around in small pockets afterwards, as far as I know Newtypes still don't hold any official government office or have any representation until Victory. The Unicorn Gundams are locked away or destroyed and psychoframe research is halted due to fear and research into more stable systems (this was already a plot point after CCA as I recall but we will give it to Unicorn). A dumb thought I just had about Laplace's Box, the Federation is spineless so I could see them paying Vist to keep things hidden but when the Titans took over they probably would have just called Vist a terrorist and killed him/burned everything he owned to the ground.

    My bad I probably wasn't clear enough on that, I meant that yes Unicorn is a UC side story but it's importance is being tied to it's profits. It's already getting a continuation movie, soon it will be considered just as important to the UC era as CCA but the problem is the stories that come after invalidate it. I'm just being a worrywart, they will probably find a way to blend it with F91 but the option to restart is there and it's an easy out for Bandai.

    I fear we are moving closer to the time when Bandai says screw it and decides everything after Unicorn (or well the new movie now) is no longer canon. Unicorn started as a side story but it's popularity has almost upgraded it to a main part of UC. I hope I'm wrong but it makes sense for Bandai to "erase" late UC so it's moneymaker can be more important. They are making a bunch of F91 stuff now and soon they will be pushing out more Crossbone stuff so they can make as much as they can before they cut it loose. No sign of Victory stuff getting more models or metal builds anytime soon though, Bandai hates that series.

    Yeah Hathaway is up there with Katz as terrible characters who deserve what they get. Course it takes a few years for Hathaway to get his. I dunno, maybe we should ask Chan Agi about that......

    I wouldn't be surprised if they change the ending, like Bright calling to stop the execution at the last moment. Tomino probably wouldn't be too happy about it though.

    You might get your wish, rumor is that Hathaway's Flash will get a 3 movie series starting 2019.

    What a coincidence, the exposed frame parts on the new Gundam design look just like an HG models inner frame parts with no detail whatsoever.

    Oh no it's the version I actually want, I love the S Gundam too much to pass it up. It even comes with the alternate smart gun barrel that I don't think it ever used, just was an extra concept.

    Same here, bought it when they got their excess stock in. I know they do pre-orders on a lot of P-Bandai stuff so the 31A was probably available for pre-order as well.

    So Graham get's to survive his suicide run, becomes a cool alien cyborg and gets an Exia to top it off. The best 00 character keeps getting better.

    I felt like some 80's anime schlock the other day so I rewatched MD Geist and Death Force. I forgot how good some of the music in part 1 was and the ending of part 2 still makes me laugh. It's super silly but if someone ever releases it on bluray I'd probably buy it.

    Gundam Info just uploaded the Clash at Loum Origin OVA to get people hyped for Rise of the Red Comet. Strangely they also uploaded F91 as well, guess it's time for a rewatch!

    If you want to continue with the series I'd highly recommend reading the manga. Skip the 2016/17 CG series, while it does pick up right where the third movie leaves off it's just the laziest kind of trashy CG animation out there. There's also the 1997 anime but that goes over the same arc that the movies did, it's still a good show though.

    Wow the 35C is going to end up costing almost as much as the 35B, guess all those reinforced parts and bigger flight surfaces add up quick.

    I'd say the chances of a 1/48 are pretty small seeing as the only way to get a 1/48th VF-1 these days is used. 1/100 and 1/60 make sense as you can buy one pretty easily and they are more widely supported by fans. Maybe if there was a 1/48 Hasegawa VF-1 Battroid kit I could see it possibly happen but I think they only sell fighter variants. If Fexthobby did make a 1/48 Thunder Hammer I'd be in for 1, it would give me an excuse to tear apart and customize an old 1S Roy I've been sitting on for a while. Maybe I'd paint it up like the original custom model..... hmmmm maybe. As for setting up a poll, I think you would have to start up a new topic but it would probably just get shut down and merged with this one. Try PMing a mod and see what they say.

    Wow a P-Bandai that actually makes a little sense, I actually forgot the Regelgu even existed. I think the lady that was running around with a rose like Mashymre used it in ZZ, I don't even remember what happened to her. Anyways here's the link for more pictures.

    Hmm that's kinda what I figured, HG can't be worth all that much. So if another interested party with deeper pockets decided to throw a bid in to Tatsunoko then HG would be screwed. I guess the only thing really stopping a Funimation or Viz type of company is lack of interest in Macross and the headaches of localizing and getting song rights. Maybe we could all stop buying valk toys for a year to save up and start our own company to buy the US distribution rights
