Just an inkling I have, but I'll bet the next Macross series is about a civil war post Mac+/Mac7. Either that or an OVA about a kid growing up dreaming about piloting valks ala 0080

From what I can tell, Strike Packs are more expensive and are usually strictly for the use of squadron commanders (like Roy and Hikaru in DYRL). Other than that I'm not certain. The reason you can't use FAST packs on earth missions is due to earth's gravity. Those things would make the valk too heavy to fly in the atmosphere.

Okay, here's my list, but I haven't seen all the series either MSG: Gelgoooooooooooooog! 0080: GM Sniper II, only there for a second before it's blown to hell, but it's a beautiful suit 08th MS Team: Gouf Custom, just a sleeker Gouf, excellent 0083: GP01 was cool, land form though Zeta: Gundam Mk. II Titans colors, you just can't go wrong with midnight blue, ever haven't seen ZZ, but the Zeta Zaku looks great Char's CA: I'd say the Nu Gundam, but I can't get enough of the Jegan, man that thing is just great

I bought alot of the SD models, but not the figures though. Places are charging too much for them! The models, besides looking better, are also alot cheaper than the toys, only about a dollar or two over their japanese cost if I was to import them. Although I did see the new Gouf at Wal-Mart the other day ....

Looks almost exactly like the jet called Smokescreen that came with the old G2 Dreadwing toy. Don't get me wrong, I loved that thing, and this one's larger wings make it look better, but I wish they wouldn't try to pass off older stuff as new

Star Trek: Excelsior! Make a friggin Capt. Sulu show, and if Takei doesn't want a part of it, then make a show in that time frame. There's alot of history just before, and just after that time frame, but alot of it is unexplored. It would be alot easier than a prequel like Enterprise because there is already a partial foundation, and as long as they don't try to step on too much continuity I think it would be enjoyable. The problem with Enterprise is that they're trying to do too much too quickly (like the Borg in an ep of Enterprise, what the hell is that!) In that time frame, you have the Romulans, beginnings of peace with the klingons, so much unexplored stuff between Star Trek VI and the first ep of TNG
