  1. But there's always new collectors everyday that want a VF collection of the mains without forking out an arm or a leg on Ebay's Yamatos / Bandais. Personally, I'm hoping for some decent Regults and low-vis variations of the VFs from this line.
  2. Examples vs other brands' attempts?
  3. It's Three Zero. They're smacking home runs non-stop with their Ironmans and Evas. It will certainly have the better: - Articulation - Detail - Paint application Price will be the mystery. The Ironmans in 1/10 scale (substantially taller than a 1/72 battroid) with quite a bit of diecast and insane amount of tiny mechanical bits, as well LED feature, is around 100$. Add to that the Marvel fees, it's way below what other companies would charge... (Ironman Bandai figuarts is full plastic, 1/12, no LED, and at times almost priced as a 3Zero.)
  4. What's the height of the VF batroid compared to the Yamato 1/60? I gather 1/72. But is it true 1/72 as I'm fully convinced by the detail.

Looks like glue didn't hold onto the hinge. I think you jumped the gun?

I'm so terrorized by that white plastic...
  7. Saw various have now listed it bit shorter... (13.97cm) Apologize for deviating, but as this is a international release, does it mean there was a break through with the Zero license and we can soon expect a Bluray international release?
  8. Ok... all plastic eventually yellows due to the laws of science. There's no fighting it. Best option is to buy dark grey or black valks to limit the visibility. I however have some toys and diecast figures over 20 years of age, and have zero yellowing... while, my 1 year old Lego sets with white blocks just for display, yellowed, and are not in direct sun and in a smoke free place. I also have a Spawn 10th Anniversary from 2001 sealed in the closet, and the blister packaging is beyond yellowing... it's now a dark tinted coffee brown. While the blisters of other brands are still crystal clear pristine... So conclusively, it also comes down to how cheap the material is...
  9. I'm guessing the centred lasers won't fold in when in jet, thus the alternative version off line...

Looks absolutely glorious!!! But... 140mm (5.5 inches) ??? That's also probably to tip of head cannons... WTF??? Glorious suddenly dropped to... Mmmkay... Was thinking this would be at least 160mm...

Only have 2 concerns. - The amount of parts forming involved. -And, the potential yellowing on the white plastic scares me. So I might end up waiting for the grey plastic VF-0A version. PS, is there a date for the pre-order?
  12. I can't finish it. It feels like watching a show for my little kid. It's too much Sailor Moon jam smeared on cringe bread.
  13. Pretty without a doubt. But I still don't like the batroid version of these Frontier and beyond valks with those large wings just hanging off the backs.
  14. All good, was hoping to get some experience insight. I'll get an average from ebay.
  15. Oh well, those links will not show me anything as I'm in the EU...
  16. Apologies for sounding like a utter Noob-bot. But recently started to rekindle Macross after a 10 MIA, and catching up with this Delta saga. Question, is there something that I missed between Frontier and Delta? Frontier feels like a homage of the original Macross on new territory, but Delta... is like completely aimed at a whole different fanbase of anime.
  17. Thinking of flogging a couple of my doubles. And would like suggestions on prices. Yamato 1/60 VF-1S Focker Low Visibility Bandai DX VF-25S Ozma, 2nd issue Both: - Transformed only once, maybe twice as I always check for defections the moment it lands on my doorstep. - Displayed for a few weeks in a smoke free environment in a closet. - Original boxes, all pieces, instructions, and not used sticker sheets included.

Hahahaha. Nice. Once again, thank for the links. Was up till 3:00am my side watching them, and it's a great re-introduction to Macross toys after my 10 year MIA. I'm surprised by how tiny these HMR are... was expecting them at metal build height at least. And yes, the numerous left over changeable bits would dint my experience. So, I guess to feed my Zero nibbles, I'll either have to wait for this HMR version, or hope Arcadia reissues theirs, or fork out a fortune on ebay. I guess, I'll play the waiting game for a while, and look into flogging some of my doubles to prepare the capital. But... won't deny the Calibre Wing diecasts does have my attention after watching those videos too, but already knew of those as I'm into regular aircraft diecast. Their Hellenic F-16 has a special spot on my shelf. (PS, wait, if I remember, you are Noel now of Calibre wings? Only clicked now when re-reading your name 🤣 )
  19. Yeah, I'm also all in a 0A reissue. Massive regret missing out on the last release.

Immense Gratitude!!! Grabbing hot chocolate for an all nighter through these links!
  21. Ok. With the Felon clearly shown in the trailer and along with the snowy mountains, are we to expect a dogfight near / in / against Russia?
  22. It's a film I enjoyed the first time. Second time appreciated the detail. But couldn't go beyond the first 20 minutes on a third viewing. Wore out very quickly for me. Perhaps I'll enjoy it again later on?
  23. I'm an 80's kid. Grew up on Star Wars. But after the power spy ranger kids in Boba, I've recently made the call to flog my remaining SW collection bar the HT stormtrooper and a couple of Koto statues. And it's a personal pity as I really like most of the recent toy releases, like the above Stormtrooper Kreel with the lightsaber, but alas, the Boba burn still itches.

Gratitude for the reply. I have the one Dx vf-25s second release and it truly is a class in it's own, but still have too much for my 2010 VF-1's by Yamato. The thing is I never got any of the Yamato / Arcadia VF-0's as first I skipped the initial releases due to the exploding arms and etc. And when the second lot came about, I started to dwindled away from Macross while I started traveling, and now they're too expensive on the secondary market... BUT, if Arcadia plans a new retooled VF-0A, I'm all over it ASAP. Till then, this Zero tease by Bandai has my full attention.
