  1. and what do you have to say about the movie he was pregnant? for me "Arnold Schwarzenegger = Good Action Movie" What about the so called action movie, Batma*ACK*COUGH* I.love.Arnold. I.also.love.the.moderator.Max.Jenius.that.had.nothing.to.do.with.this.
  2. Dear God!!!! I want that so badly! Only thing better would be a full sized Star Destroyer
  3. A full sized x-wing? I'd like to see a picture of that.
  4. I love Jacki Chan, but I bleh. I just can't forgive him for this I'll try and give it a fair chance as a fun popcorn flick, but I am so tired of seeing clasics bastardized. Damnit Peter Jackson! Make me a decent adaptation of a Jules or a HG Wells novel!
  5. http://www.action-hq.com/cgi-bin/action-hq...tml?id=Cy89Lj65 Found this funky figure... Looks like it's being released by Takara.
  6. If you are in love with beutifully detailed, and proportioned display items, with mad poseability, then IMHO these features overrides all the negatives inherent in having to assemble the kit.
  7. I don't recommend building a PG in one sitting, not that that is possible. One day build the accessories, next day build the torso and head. next day build the arms. and finally build the legs ;-p Trying and build it all at once might cause severe frustration. As for my favorite PG, so far it has to be the MK-II. That thing was a joy to assemble.
  8. Wonder how HG felt about the 60's version of War of the Worlds, or the newer 90's craptacular adventure known as Independance War Or how about the 2002 version of The Time Machine? I'm pretty sure H.G. Wells won't be too pleased to see his work butchered like that... especially when its by his great-grand son!! (Simon Wells directed the movie, he is the great grand son of H.G. Wells) Ugh..... Don't mention that movie again
  9. I had a whole egg case of them hatch in a crevice in my front door once
  10. Their bite is pretty mild. But still, I'm glad I don't live in Brazil. Vostok 7 Imagine waking up in the morning and finding one of those nested between your legs

  12. http://www.extremescience.com/BiggestSpider.htm Heres a link to the goliath tarantula. Scroll down and you will see a picture of it filling dinner plate I HATE SPIDER!!!!!
  13. Palm sized? Man I have spiders larger than that in my backyard Hey isn't there a spider in africa that's supposedly 2 feet in diameter when fully spread out? I think I read about it in an article in national geographic. Lives in deep caves methinks. I rememeber hearing a story where one of the photographers was bitten by one and all the scientists were screaming, "Don't kill it, don't kill it! It's really rare!"
  14. Most likely not. I doubt It'll be better than empire though
  15. Yeah, you need to buy a figure seperatly to use the with the visor sets.
  16. I really dig the clean slick look of these figs, also how can you pass up vehicles tha turn into armor?
  17. No one beats Shumacher in badness. Cept maybe Ed Wood
  18. Game looks kinda crappy, but the flash annimation they are using on the site is really impressive.
  19. do it do it!! I've decided to do it, I've gotten more Zoids. Everytime I look at the MP Prime, I like it less. My biggest problem is that the vehicle mode is a mess. I don't want a Transformer that I never want to transform. Sorry. Didn't mean to poo poo the thread. You really have to handle this toy to apreciate how great it is. Next time your at a toy or anime con ask to handle a sample from the vendor if they offer that. I assure you once you play with the thing your not gonna want to stop. The heft, the quality, the absolutly astounding bot mode, IMHO all out weigh the slightly off truck mode. It's the best prime to to date. Course I'm a lil slanted considering I hate zoids So I'd nab a prime over them anyday. Oh and I own 2 myself, one for play and messing around, (problem is with any diecast toy no matter how hard you try the paint wears ) and the 2nd is still in its factory shrink wrap. I am considering nabbing a 3rd one to keep for purely display purposes. and using the one I currently have opened for messing around while the other gets posed once displayed and when people say awesome let me play with it! I pull out the demonstration version . Part of me really wishes that Hasbro decided to take the same aproach with the anni prime as they did with the US released alternators, same molds, just all plastic. Reason being is because I use my nice looking BT's for display, and my cheapy alternators for messing around.

  21. Yep. The toon was awful, but the toys were pretty keen.
  22. For me the primary appeal of transformers is toys. Sure I have fond memories of the old G1 show and comics, and I confess I read the new Dreamwaves comics, which are suprisingly well written, but if it wasn't for the toys my interest would be zero.
  23. Got any pictures of this supposedly more rugged looking Dancougar?
