  1. WOW!! This thing just keeps getting better and better! Keep it up!
  2. 36.68639% - Major Geek Hmm, and that's even with several unchecked boxes due to just a passing familiarity, and not complete knowledge of listed item. <_<
  3. Holy-schmoly! That is the BEST one I have ever seen, yet. Where did you get that? I would like to request a copy of your full-size version. I will PM you my email address.
  4. That looks AWESOME!!! I just have one comment. The intakes look a little.....flat, empty. I think they could use a few details. I'm not a 3D artist, but I think the intake shutters should be pretty easy to add. After that, I would love to have a copy for my desktop wallpaper.
  5. Get the FAST packs, they are so very much worth the cost. The detail and quality is incredible.
  6. Yes, this has been said many times already, but...that looks AWESOME!!!! Great job. I would love to order a recast also.
  7. Where did all that info/histroy come from? I suddenly feel like I'm missing out on a lot of Macross history.
  8. Well, this gets tougher as time goes by. When I first saw M+, the YF-19 went straight to the top of my list. But when I saw Max pilot his VF-22 in M7, that really boosted its popularty with me. Still, the '19 wins, by a small margin. The choice would have been even tougher, had the VF-0 been in the list.
  9. Hmm, one more thing. Do you use a mouse of a graphic tablet?
  10. TWDC - Thank you VERY much for that tutorial! I plan on trying some on my days off (Wed. & Thurs.) So, if I come up with anything half-decent, I'll post it here. Once again, thank you.
  11. John Busacha, how is this great project coming along? Haven't seen or heard anything for quite some time. Looking forward to seeing the next update.
  12. I'm quite certain I'd put in for 1 complete set. Valkyrie's VF-4 recasts look great. Unfortunately, I got busy on another project before I could get to them, but soon. By the way, I don't recall having seen any of those recast VF-4s built and posted yet. Did I miss them?
  13. Some dude named Kawamori made it up. "...some dude....." I love the way that sounds!! Yeah, this image is from Kawamori's Macross Design Works book, that came out last year. It is an AWESOME book, and I highly recommend it to any Macross and/or mecha fan. It should still be fairly easy to find. Anyway, I can't wait to see more than a shoulder piece, especially considering how great that one single part looks, or did look.
  14. I'd love to see a counterpart to my custom VF-19 scheme. http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?...t=101&hl=custom
  15. Your scanner has an x-ray? Cooool.
  16. I think most of us already have this great picture, thanks to NIG.
  17. Hey! My very first Macross valk was a YF-19 also! I don't know if it is a 1.5 or 2.0 ver though. In either case, I spent a LOT of $$$ on it, and I'm keeping it. Although, I'm VERY excited about the new FP YF-19.

LOL, we must have been typing our replies at the same time.

Welcome to Macross World. There are many reviews of all the currently available VF toys, around here on the forums. I personally would recommend starting with a 1/60 valkyrie designed by Yamato. A great place to buy these online is the Valkyrie-Exchange. Yamato valk have to best looking sculpts. If you have the money, go straight for the Yamato 1/48 scale valks. Check out the Toys section on the MW menu page.
  20. The production VF-19 variants took some time to grow on me, but now I really do like the -19S variant. The YF-19 prototype is still my favorite though. By the way, how is the project progessing John Busacha? Any new updates, additions, or modifications?
  21. Yes, there is also a carrier launch tow hook.
