Note that one's got some sun bleaching. The stand's got it bad, hard to tell if there's any on the figure itself.

I'm just pissed that with all these VF-31s so far, there's only the one pod (plus maaaaybe Chuck's radar pod). I know I'd buy the hell out of a super-pack that came with alternates.

Got a "preparation in progress" email from NY for my VF-31C Supers.

If you want good pictures, make sure you have good lighting. A desk-lamp or two with bright daylight LEDs improve the quality of shots quite a bit, even with a phone camera.

I get SAL shipments all the time, rarely is there any damage to the goods inside (both EMS and SAL have similar minor damage to the shipping box sometimes). I'm thinking it might be due more to the local post office, rather than Japan Post.

I'm fine staying with the premium VF-0S I think. Though I wouldn't mind a premium re-issue of the VF-0D, seeing as it'd almost certainly have the leg fixes from the VF-0S, and the secondary market for those is stupid.

I misread the timestamp on my order, it was at 00:07:00AM, as in 7 minutes past midnight.

Well, my order was 10/7 at midnight+7minutes, so probably a couple weeks. edit: Has now been shipped. Exactly 2 months after the projected NY Release date of 3/24.

Nobody has reported this on other releases, at least not in the numbers we're seeing for the VF-1A, so you're probably safe. I imagine that Bandai has noticed the issue due to retailer returns.

Quick use of the google translate app says it's Hayate flying the plane, and it's a new version with re-designed wing so it can fold down, and has clips to attach Lil' Drakkens (sold separately).

To fit it back in the box, all you need to do is take off the ARMD carriers, right? It ought to fit back in with the covers on in that case.

Dunno about Shizuka, but I picked up a first release YF-21 from Mandarake. Unfortunately time has made the clear stand a bit brown, but at least it's uniform.
