    You should search the MW forums for that. The 1/72 monster builds are good and if you search out HWRMKII's thread he has loads of pictures. He is about as correct colour wise that you'll get. Also this one Mslz22 thread of the kit he built.

    Yes they are a bit top heavy the Kai with sound booster is even worse. Plaster of Paris is the cheap and easy way to weight down the lower limb sections.

    I read this thread before reading the article. WTF this guy has three degrees, and is unemployed. Cant help thinking he's a little sad, but with parents that threw out his creations when he was a kid you cant entirely blame him. Got to hand it to him for dedication and spending 20k on Ccards while unemployed, that takes some effort. Not sure I'd want a bot to clean out my ears with a Q-tip. I managed to perforate my own ear with one so I don't need a robots help. Some of the worlds best inventions have come from the Garage builders in the weekend hobby world. Just shows you don't need to be a mega corp to be able to do stuff.

    LOL Looks like the readers of the forum are not best pleased, shame that most of them have never heard of him despite his being in 20 or so films and T.V dramas including James Bond, Cracker, 28 weeks later and also the great film Trainspotting.

    Still looking into the backgrounds I have found a few sources for images etc, which I am playing with. I was looking at the PSP Macross game for inspiration as its backgrounds have the correct Macross feel was considering screen grabs plus a bit of manipulation to see if I can rustle up something viable. Chances are if the mod gets enough notoriety in the gaming and Macross/Robotech world then some software house will come sniffing around Shadows inbox. Either way I will be having a copy.

    Thats deliberate as in the anime he was outside the military ( at first ) and therefore was seen as a target by the IFF. Also he is a PITA because he always gets in the way.

    I stop and start all the time mostly due to having too many tings to do in life. My display is littered with nearly finished stuff that in most cases just needs a tiny thing done to finish it. add that to the 30 or so kits I have waiting not including the 20 or so that I just cant build due to the rarity factor. Add that to the Ive opened the box and taken some parts off the sprews thing that I do..... and you get the idea. I just try not to think about it too much. go do something else and then come back when you feel ready. usually after seeing some ones builds here
