Yeah the G.I Joe/ Hasbro 12 figures would be about the right size. Dragon make some really good "Nude" figures that can dressed up etc. I did have a link to a web site where they did custom soldiers etc one guy did a Marine from BSG as well. Macross would be good especially Zentraedi troops.

MMm I get reminded about a freind of mine who was a Private Investigator he worked with police forces all over the world and woulld get their patch and mount it on a display sheild on the wall of his office. He had loads of them. Even though hes gone I still get to see em as his wife has kept them all in his old office. My favorite is the California Highway Patrol one it reminds me of my childhood watching ChiPS.

Now what would be really good is a Vf-17 in GBP style armor, If im correct in M7 they had the plans of the 19 sent to them, now considering they are (if our tranlated info is correct) near the center of the Galaxy. If the information was sent via earth or even the nearest colony ship. It could take years to get there. Even considering the posibility of FTL coms. With that in mind, these colonies are self autonomus with only the original U.N S military guidelines and standard democracy. So whats to say they just played with the current designs of fighter they had and adapted them for their own needs. Afterall they`ll have a factory ship and be looking out for raw materials on the way, and we all know how the Japanese love to recyle. Im also likeing the idea of micron sized power armor. Even if its just a load lifter like in Aliens it could still be "fun"

That was the best bit of M7. I was all Cool now we have some proper enemies, and then the end credits rolled. Have to admit though after all the bland mecha colouring and such in M7 it was kinda oh shiny thing, dis counting Basra and the rest of the singing tartlets.

Yeah they are the Chara works F toys theres plenty said about them here they are great IMO Get them while you can as they are VERY VERY popular and usually short on supply.

Any chance you could post scans of the relavant pages from Apr 2004 Hobby Japan, I dont have that one and Im sure that there are plenty here you dont eaither.

I got some of these for my 1/55 valks and I have all the smaller ones for spares so my VF0 WILL have them implanted.

Not me thats for sure I have more VF1`s than anything else. My dislikes are not even Macross related.
