    Yeah, I was pretty much over Mafex based on their other releases but this Kylo Ren has won me over and I'll still be keeping my eye on their releases because of it. I have ROTJ Boba Fett and that seems to be better than previous releases but still not great...this Kylo is a step up from Boba and definitely on the same level or even beter than SHF in this one case. I'm actually wondering about the Sandtrooper now because I haven't put together my Bandai kit version yet.

    Yeah...these things are years in the making. I don't care if it takes weeks or even months to get to me. Mine are still in preparation at NY too and I'm fine with it.

    Nice! I'm waiting for the classic comic version. How do you like the weapons it comes with? Are the gimmicks worthy or just "gimmicks"? I haven't had time to take any pics lately but I had to get a couple quick shots of Mafex Kylo Ren to see how the scarf turned out in my pics: The promo pics of the scarf were really bugging me and that along with Mafex's poor reputation made me almost regret ordering this figure. Having it in hand completely changed my mind and it looks amazing. The best 1/12 Kylo Ren figure for sure. The molded scarf material doesn't like lights in photos and comes off not as good looking (in the promo pics, it looks like a cheap fisher price molded blob) but in person, it looks real and matched almost perfectly with the cloth. If anything, it looks better than the real cloth. Also, check out the detail molded in the eyes! I'll be boxing up my Black Series versions and the only reason I want to open my SHF version now is to use the lightsaber with this figure...it's the only part I think SHF did a better job on.

    I like the clear version better than the regular one...Too bad it's so expensive.

    Figuarts are only MCU style, Re:Edit are comic style except that last one and they are definitely a step or two above SHF figures. Well worth it!

    They don't look like individual removeable missiles to me. I have no problem with the color of any of it. Look forward to getting mine.

    Yeah, the new Macross announcement was a given and the point of the original post about it...others were hoping for Garland announcement so I noted that it was mntioned in the translation. Looking forward to hearing about it all!

    Ya, all good. I just figure in the scheme of things, these are just toys. Really cool toys but it really doesn't matter if I get them sooner or later...I just enjoy them when they arrive. I hope I was never gyped and never received something I paid for but I have no idea, lol. Things just showup on my doorstep regularly and it's like Christmas.

    Or, just sit back, relax and wait for it to arrive. I doubt they are sitting on your items, purposely messing with you by not shipping them. Sometimes things happen and other things get delayed. If you do contact them, definitely be polite about it but if I was working there, it would just be annoying to get messages about something already on the to-do list especially if the delay is because they are busy and reading more messages takes up even more time they could spend actually doing the things people are asking for. Again, if it's been an issue where you never got something from them and it's ruining your life by not having a figure right away, cool. Just saying...

    LOL, trying to start a war over NY? I like them but I don't care about how fast my things ship, just lowest price. I haven't had an issue with them not sending my things or extended delays either. I think they are great for consistently offereing the lowest preorder pricing on most items with one of the lowest shipping costs and best packaging of shipments.

    That same Target? I was just there a few times and never see them, haha. I'd be in for one! My favorite sceen in all Transformers history...actually one of my favorite scenes in movie history! Sweet!

    Haha, no problem. FWIW, SOC Mazinger is on the shorter side of SOC's so as explained below, Devilman is a bit taller than a typical SHF so they meet in the middle I guess. Nice loot you got there! And thanks for the additional clarifications.

    Not to put a damper on how nice that Galvatron looks in Bot mode but the Cannon mode is definitely lacking to me.

    Good thing for me is I don't care to collect basic cloth wearing, normal human type looking characters. I always thought it was kind of silly to buy action figures of basically just some guy in a shirt/jacket/robe. That being said, I've broken my habits by buying a bunch of jedi and female action figures lately but they are definitely not my priority or focus. This is what I usually do! Not in the 1/6 scale but for 1/12, I have Black Series, Elite, SHF, Bandai Kits, Mafex, Revo, whatever. They look great together. Actually, now that I think about it, I have 1/6 Hot Toys, Medicom, Hasbro/Kenner, Marmit, etc...figures in my collection now. Just don't really focus on 1/6. That would be nice!

    WOW! Bandai is making 1/6 Star Wars kits now?! If they are as good as the 1/12 kits, BYE-BYE Hot Toys! Please let me know how that turns out how they compare to the 1/12 kits. Thanks for posting!
