    Thanks for that. I've put the assembly of my SHE kit on hold until seeing how this kit is going to achieve transformation. If there are no swappable parts, or not significant at least, I may prefer Bandai's offering

    Maybe Bandai gave up trying to make Hi-Metal R YF-19 work so they just decided to make a model kit

    Too late for me. I already have a perfect variable SHE kit under construction. I still may get this one, though and hopefully it opens the way for more 1/100 kits

    I agree with you @tekering on several aspects. I think the model I got looks weird in terms of proportions, but since there aren't other completed model I have nothing to compare it against. Once you finish building yours I may ask Duck Models to correct it accordingly. thanks for the comments
