  1. The situation is not the same. Yamato didn't put out a half-assed Mospeada product in the past and then just went away from the franchise. Given that Yamato has no history good or bad with mospeada; I would be inclinined to have an open mind until i saw what they came up with. Personally I'm a show me kind of person; once bandai shows me a quality Macross product I'll believe in them. Until that day though all I have to go by on them macross wise is the craptacular M7 valks and the old chunky monkies. Neither of those is very confidence inspiring. I am well aware that Bandai can make good toys ( I have tons of Gundam MG and PG kits), I am also aware that they have a habit of half-assing toys too that aren't as popular as Gundam. It is that tendancy that has many of us worried about how they would treat a Macross product. While I hope they do a good job if they decide to make Macross F toys, I am by no means going to hold my breath.
  2. I have them all except for: 25th Anniversary Woodland Cam GBP-1S Urban Cammo GBP-1S
  3. I'd so love to have that. That thing is bigger than my kids.
  4. Sweet, I have got to get me one of those. Say so long to rush hour traffic!
  5. I'd want them in 1/60th scale. Maybe that way they would be cheap enough to get several.
  6. I got 15 out of 17. I am not on Pfizer's board yet but this is what happens when your wife is a toxocologist and you have PDR's lying around the house.
  7. So far I have 2 and neither have any problems or loose right arms. As it is I am very happy with mine.
  8. Hikaru, Max and Roy 1/48th VF-1S Strikes
  9. I'll probably get all of them. I have 2 of the first one and haven't had problems with any of them.
  10. I am interested in one. Please let me know how much. Thanks.
  11. How could they have left Roller Boogie off of the list. That has to be one of the all time worst movies. Plus no Freddie Got Fingered. That should have been way up there on the list.
  12. So far I have 2 alphas, one numbered below 3000 and one above 3000. To date, I have not had any of the problems that some people seem to be having with their alpha's. the only thing I have had to do is play around with them in figther mode some to get everything to fit correctly without gaps. All that took was alittle patience. All in all, I am extreamely happy with both of them.
  13. I must be lucky. I got my Alpha yesterday and don't seem to have any of the paint or floppiness problems some people have had. The only complaints I have are the arm missile hatches and the landing gear. So far this has been far better than the MPC VF-1's I've seen.
  14. As long as the alpha can link to the beta, I can live with the small size and price tag. If not, well....I will be pretty irritated.
  15. Weaseldancer

    1/60 GBP

    I've got one of each
  16. I fall in the category of buying them, displaying them and not really playing with them at all. Hey but if playing with them makes you happy, do it and don't worry about what anyone else thinks.
  17. I definately will want one when they are available. I have a VF-1S in dire need of that part.
  18. Actually, I need BP-8 for the DYRL style Valk.
  19. If anyone has one, I need part BP-8. Thanks.
  20. Actually from what I have seen in trials so far, the F-22 has about a 70-1 kill ratio against the F-16s its flown against. Considering its capabalilities and all the money we have spent developing it, I sure would hate to see the program get the axe. One of the main advantages the F-22 has right now is that it doesn't have to actively guide a missile all the way into its target. It can fire a missile, move on to the next target and the first missile will still be locked on the first target.
